Great Car For The Money!
We love the fact the back seat lays down so that we can place long cargo items all the way from the trunk to the back of the front seat.

"D-day" 4 the competition
Loving it. Mine is Silver Birch with a rear spoiler, power moonroof and nice tint. I have had mine for a week now. I test drove this 4 times to make sure I was not hallucinating. The power of the dohc v6 is excellent. I would have bought the 4 cylinder if the deal would not have worked out on the v6. The styling is strong, distinguished, classy, understated, smart and masculine with "man-grille" up front anchoring this good handling ride resting on sweet styled 17" alloys. Handling is great for this segment. Fit and finish makes this easily the best Ford sedan ever. It is the "poor mans" CTS and does have Caddy drivers looking.
Good Car
I bought my used 07 Fusion in July of 08. It's been a very good car, except for the times that I've had to take it in to the dealership to have the control arms fixed, several times. No problem though, I bought the extended warranty when I bought the car, which has cover all but $100 of my expenses, and my local Ford dealership (Bartow Ford) hasn't given me any problem with getting a loner car. Ford has really won me over with this car, and their customer service.
Don't buy this car
This car may full you with it's smooth ride, but trust me these cars require constant maintenance. The car blew the motor at 110,000 miles so I had a shop put a new motor in. Within the last 2 months I have gone through 4 ac compressors, 2 ac Expansion valves, 2 ac condensers (which requires the entire front of the car to be removed), 2 evaporator cores (witch requires the entire dash to be removed) and I still don't have ac in the car. After driving the car I noticed a vibration so I changed the motor mount. Then the car ran for anther 10,000 miles with no issue until I started to notice vibration again. This vibration was coming from the CV Axel's witch was understandable for a car with 125,000 miles. When I was in the process of having the CV axle changed I got a call from the shop saying they couldn't get the axel out of the steering knuckle and that they had broken a 20 ton press trying. So I had to pay $400 a piece for 2 new steering knuckles, and still payed the shop for labor and repairs to their press where they made sure to inform me what FORD stood for Fix Or Repair Daily. In my experience these cars are a complete nightmare and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The Champion
When i first bought this car, like a lot of others i didn't know if i would like it. after driving it home i knew i loved it. even with a breathalyzer installed, it never once let me down. I've even been in two accidents with trucks (Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram) and a car ( Toyota Corolla ) and this car withheld it all, with next to no damage. The only problem i have with it is when it sits for about a month or longer the battery will die . this has happened twice now to me but i think maybe its just time for a new battery. And another thing to note is that i've had the brakes replaced 6 times this past year . All in all this car is definatly a champion and i would recomend it to everyone.
