Used 2020 Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Mostly a good car
So far this car has been exactly what we expected. drawbacks are the 3G data connection is discontinued, and replacement is not taken care of. I also drive up I-70 into the mountains and the car generates a very loud(deafening) resonating sound, which ford doesn't even recognize, but you can find recordings on YouTube.

Great Car Now Recalled
This has been a great car, with few if any issues in three years ownership. So many options from automatic cruise, headlights, braking, wipers, et all. Could even get up to 30 miles on a charge! Very inexpensive to run. Up until the battery recall in 2023. Ford is now giving owners an option for Ford to repurchase the cars since the repair is about a year out and no replacements yet. I am taking the repurchase. Will be sad to see it go! Took the repurchase! Ford did a solid for the repurchase. Process was easy and issued as a refund.
