Used 2006 Ford Freestyle Consumer Reviews
love it
We bought this used with 31,000 on it, we haul a lot of stuff due to making repairs on house, this is one large roomy vehicle.. Still getting used to all the bells and whistles but can't say a bad thing about it traded in a Cherokee for it and have not had one bit of trouble with it so far. We have had 6 people in it and all were comfortable with plenty of elbow room
Superb, under appreciated vehicle
I bought a fully loaded FWD Limited and have driven 1500 miles with it. The ride is great and responsive; I get 29.5 miles/gal while doing 55/60 mph. There is loads of room for 7 passengers and having the DVD is great. For a fully loaded car that performs like this at $27.5K, this is a superb! I could not want more in a vehicle. I hope it lasts forever. I love it!

Better then a wagon
A very smooth ride. The pick up and go with the CVT like no other. I'm glad I took this car out for a test drive, I was looking at SUVs; much more room inside. My son loves to sit all the way in the back and watch movies.
very good car for kids
Just went through the Ozarks on vacation, no problems, engine ok on hills but a good drive around the curves. Check engine light came on about day 5; local dealership in Bull Shoals checked it and it was fuel cap. 1 hour delay due to my error, but no cost to me. Fun to drive easy to move seats.
I don't like the interior fabric
From the moment I sat in my Ford Freestyle I knew it was the right van for me! As time has gone on I only have one complaint "the interior fabric on the seats are terrible!" Having 2 children it seems impossible to keep the car seats clean! When it rains and I open my door to get in and some rain drops hit my seat, oh well there is another stain! The smallest amount of water leaves a big water spot! In the last 2 years I have spent over $400 getting the seats cleaned. Other than the fabric, I love my Freestyle!
