Used 2005 Ford Freestyle Consumer Reviews
My Freestyle
I love my new car. I've owned Fords since 1990, and this equals or surpasses my car experience. It's fun to drive and perfect for my needs and style. I would recommend a Freestyle to anyone.
My Freestlye
I have had a lot of different autos in the last several years. I love my Freestyle; it has so much room and it is fun to drive. It also is a very sharp looking sporty car. I plan on keeping this one awhile.

THE BEST EVER!
I have driven Expeditions since 1997, in fact I have owned 3. I replaced my last Expedition with the Freestyle. What a great car! The performance with the CVT transmission is unbelievable. Fuel economy is better than I expected. I just can't say enough about how wonderful this car is.
Still discovering
I just bought the car in July, so I have some things to discover. But my overall first impression is great. I sold my 1997 Explorer to buy this 2005 Freestyle. The Freestyle takes a little getting used to how it drives. My Explorer would coast down in speed rather quickly. The Freestyle will coast forever and lose very little momentum, thus in the beginning I was having to brake hard quite a bit. The brakes work great, and the ABS is not super sensitive. I have checked out the 7 passenger seating filling it to capacity with adult men. All fit comfortably. The ride is quiet. However when the auto AC is set, the blower can be quite loud.
Freestyle SEL
Terminated our lease on an '03 Explorer to get into the Freestyle. Went to the dealer expecting to purchase the SE model but with the Family and Friends program pricing got an SEL well within our budget. The styling upgrades and standard features on the SEL are well worth the extra expense.
