Used 2004 Ford Escape Consumer Reviews
Alot of SUV for the Money
This is a mighty-mite SUV. There is a lot of vehicle for the money. Handles well (even at higher speed - no roll), great pick up, a lot of feature and extras. I was surpriced at the engines agressiveness and pick up. The interior design gives you that truck "height feel" yet you don't feel that you have to climb a mountain to get in it. The tailgate is great, window goes up and if needed the whole gate lifts up, a feature that I wish I had had on my 98 Chevy Blazer.
Best Car Ever!
I absolutely love my car, it is so amazing. It's great to drive, well designed and just all around fun.

My first Escape
My first SUV and am very happy with the Escape. The automatic 4WD is easy for my wife to use on those snowy Northeast days. Power is more than adequate, interior and exterior design is excellent as well as build quality. Very fun to drive and is a good vehicle for those not wanting or cant afford the bigger trucks. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Does the Job
I live in the coastal mountains and have to drive a fairly curvy road daily. This rig has very responsive steering, which handles the curves and dodges the idiots and animals that seem to dart out in front of me daily. Great ABS breaking system also. The other SUVs I have driven handle like Tuna boats. More of a floating feeling with unresponsive steering. Very firm, comfortable seats, great sound system, and plenty of room for my tall body. Fun to drive. I have yet to find any thing I dislike about my fully loaded limited Escape. I have been driving Fords for over 20 years and have always had good luck with them.
Ford Escape
This is an outstanding vehicle. Handling and comfort is great for this type of vehicle. All controls are at fingertip reach. Locking system locks all locks at the turn of a key or the press of a button.
