What a waste of hard earned money...
While my 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus is beautiful looking...it is nothing but a pain in my ass. I bought it brand new in Washington on October 16th 2023. Since owning it, several lights have come on and go away just as I finally get it into the local dealership to check it out. Now it is June, 2024 and it has been sitting back at the local dealership for 2 weeks. I went to start it one morning and it was totally dead. My son and husband finally got it jumped and now all (I mean ALL) of the lights on the dashboard are on. The dealership said it would be 1 to 2 weeks before they could even diagnose the problem, leaving me car-less as "they have no loaner vehicles available". I have been waiting over 2 weeks now and they said the battery took [non-permissible content removed] and have to order a new one...another 2 weeks out...Why am I paying 600+ a month for a car that I cannot even drive. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!!!! I told them they could keep it and I wanted to trade it in on something else, was offered $26,000. I paid $38,000 for it 8 months ago. What a joke!!!!!

The wifey's Dodge Hornet
We've had the car for 3 months, and I'm in love with it. It's supposed to be by wife's car, but I am the one driving it all the time. She is stuck with the Wrangler and the RAM now. With the AWD and that little 2.0L Turbo I go everywhere, and this car will not get stuck in mud, going up steep hills in the rain, it is awesome. And it's an Alfa Romeo. 💪🤠

The dodge lemon
If your looking for a fast car this is not it, if your hoping for reliability this it definitely not it. I had mine for about a week before the hybrid system failed. they took it back to try and fix it but the power shot doesn't work still and after the up date it seems to drive worse, as far a stability and shifting gears. It is however comfortable, has a great wheel, looks good, great cameras, big screen and seemed to handle really well before the update or fix the dealer did to fix the hybrid system

Nice surprise
It is my next car after Mustang GT Bullitt 2019. Beautiful design, excellent transmission, a little "soft" steering, This is a car for enthusiasts who will be able to utilize its surprising performance and enjoy it

Great Sporty Hybrid SUV
When i bought the Hornet, I thought it would be an great extra car for myself and my son. It's exceeded all expectations in drivability and is just plain fun to ride in. The technology in it is top notch. Battery charge has good mileage capacity. You can slowly charge the battery when driving also if it is out of juice. One area Dodge needs to improve, a larger gas tank capacity. If you are on a road trip regionally, it's clear as day you will need to fill it up sooner than you expect. It's so far reliable and fun 5000 miles in.
