Bought van used from local dealer. Great roominess with seats stored. Handles good even on winter roads which surprised me considering it doesn't have traction control. Like exterior styling but could use a little chrome. Front brake pads squeal even after being replaced. Mileage is good for a van. Comfortable even on longer trips. Would recommend it.

MY 5TH GRAND CARAVAN

I have had Caravans and Grand Caravans since the 1986 model, three in our family of 7 at a time for a couple years. Bought all new except inherited one from my mother. My 2007 is 12 years old and still going strong. We had lock actuators fail and did not replace. We had some water leakage in the RH front door during 100 year downpours. With 98,000 miles so far, we're on our 3rd set of Discount tires and redid the brakes twice. Oil changes every 5,000 mies post warranty. Filters every oil change. The Xmission whines after 50 miles at 70 mph but still works fine. Gas mileage is typical 17 and 25. We looked at a 2018 and they have changed the front entrances such that at age 77, it is too hard for us to enter & exit . Why they went to 17" tires I'll never know. Who needs all that ground clearance for highway driving? We decided we will drive the wheels off out 2007 and repair what ever it requires even including engine or transmission. The pearl coat is blistering off since we moved from MI to SE AL where the sun is so hot in summer but we love this car and don't like the new one. From some of the reviews here, we may have one of the good ones Dodge built. LOL

Have had the Van for almost a year now. Can't beat the storage (sto n go). It is Awesome. I think it looks better than the new style. Yeah it's a minivan but if you put your ego aside then it is the most versatile vehicle out there. My 3 kids love it.

Great vehicle, underrated - I don't understand what all the complaints are about

I am under the impression that Toyota & Honda are paying for bad reviews of this vehicle. I bought mine used from Avis and now it has about 75,000 miles on the odometer. I have changed the tires and the brakes (wear and tear part). At about 60,000 I had to change the EGR valve (bought from Autozone for about $ 80,- and about 2 hours to put it in). One door lock actuator failed after the warranty expired and Chrysler had it fixed as a courtesy without charging me. Mercedes, Honda or Toyota never do anything as a courtesy after the warranty expires. Great car, great company !
