Used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Don't rely on Invoice pricing today
Most dealers did not want to sell at invoice, which means nothing anyway as it was a little over $100 less than MSRP. Difficult to know actual cost in this day as dealers are paid based on monthly volume sold but I was able to find a dealer willing to sell the hybrid at what they called employee pricing. That worked out to a little over $3k off MSRP so made the leap and purchased.

Takes too long for Chrysler to repair the recalls
I was enjoying my Pacifica PHEV for 6 years. Just before bringing my minivan in for the battery recall I started getting multiple cylinder misfires. It took the dealer / Chrysler 5 months to fix the two issues. I learned that we can ask corporate to buy back the vehicle if it cannot be repaired within 30 days according to the California lemon law.

Recalls, Recalls, Recalls!
It's been year after year of recalls with this vehicle. First, the fire risk recall, then the power module, followed by a transmission recall, and then back to step one: the remedy for the first "do not plug in, do not park inside, do not park next to other vehicles" was discovered to have done nothing - and it's back to square one. This is the vehicle which I regret owning the most of any I've ever had.
