2025 Buick Envista Consumer Reviews
Pricing
Got two Envistas, get rear suspension upgrade
We got two Envistas. One was an ST with CQ I and CQ II packages. Another was a rare no-option Avenir because optioned-out Avenirs get closer to other makers' superior offerings; every $1k increase greatly changes the value proposition. Overall, these cars provide more than their price point should offer, but there are no miracles in terms of what you get for the money. Our ST has the base torsion beam rear suspension with 225 mm section width Goodyear Assurance tires on 18" rims. The Avenir has 19" rims on wide for its weight 245 mm section width tires Continental ProContact TX tires plus the rear suspension is a Watts linkage setup (still not fully independent). You may think the taller sidewalls of the base ST tire setup would ride better. Not at all. The ST rides well on the highway, but on the bumpy Los Angeles city roads at lower speeds, the ride is mediocre, especially on rippled pavement, tar strips, road reflectors, and speed bump half-rounds. I'm almost clenching my teeth if I see bumps coming up. The low-speed city-road ride on my '95 Trans Am, '98 Trans Am, and '15 1LT Corvette was better. The Avenir, by contrast, rides like a gem. It feels as comfortable or more so than my '10 Audi A5, '13 Cadillac ATS (praised for its ride/handling tuning), '19 Genesis G70, and mother's '22 BMW X3. All the video and press reviews miss this. One can get the same wheel/suspension/tire setup as the Avenir in the ST through the Experience Buick Package (EBP) that also gets you a tiny moonroof. The Preferred can theoretically get the EBP with arguably nicest looking rims (although 18", not 19" like ST-EBP or Avenir), but it doesn't seem like Buick produces any in reality. Dealers also don't want to custom order this overseas built car. Speaking of production, Buick is hardly making any of these yet. As of writing, there are no Avenirs or STs between 200-300+ miles from downtown LA. At the same time, word is getting around on these cars' overall appeal that it's much harder to get deals if you can buy one than in summer/early fall. As a result, some dealers are listing lightly used Envistas for up to thousands more than MSRP. The motor is much quieter than the '21 Encore GX 1.2L I3 we had and it's as refined as the best four-cylinders in its class. Some magazine reviews say this motor is more refined than NA 4-cylinder rivals that don't benefit from turbo muffling. Whatever sound comes through is more pleasant than a typical 4-cylinder. This I3 has some complex timbre of an 80s V6 American family sedan. Since these are driven around parking-lot-like LA streets, the available acceleration is good enough. A snappy 0-45 mph is all we need and it delivers. But if you drive hilly areas at higher speeds with multiple passengers, you may need to look elsewhere or shell out more $. Motor Trend got 8.5-sec. 0-60 mph on an 18" tired Trax; as good as "quick" sports sedans in the early 1990s. Maybe our ST would be close to that. 0-60 mph is 9.3-9.4 sec. for Envistas with larger 19" rim/tire. Fuel economy is good and doesn't underperform EPA's rating. Some online got up to 42 mpg highway. Consumer Reports gets 31 mpg combined on their Trax. Noise-level wise, both cars are quiet up to around 70 mph. Buick's quiet tuning may make this a deal-maker over the Trax. Car and Driver got 68 dBA at 70 mph for their wider tired Avenir, 1 dBA quieter than a Lexus NX. However, unlike many luxury cars we had that get modestly louder to 90+ mph, this Envista gets rapidly louder above 70 mph from primarily tire noise. The seats are reasonably comfortable in the ST for shorter rides, but the seat bottom cushions are a bit short for my 5'10" height, and the padding is minimal/firm. The Avenir's leather front seats are modestly more comfortable. Rear seat room, especially legroom, is a big bright spot. It may be class-leading and I think it's more than the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry rear seat legroom. Interior styling and features are outstanding and punch well above its price point. I don't understand why some reviewers ding the virtual cockpit's excessive bezel on the right side when you can't get a virtual cockpit on virtually anything under $30k. I rather have the artistic shape with bezel than a tiny bezel and a sharp corner. At least the screens are on the bigger or best-in-class range. Fit and finish is excellent too. The flat-bottomed steering wheel is a nice bonus that Buick didn't have to put in, but they did. You don't feel like you're in a bargain penalty box. The radio is OK and tolerable if you have a good source (e.g., Tidal high resolution and bit rate through wired connection). Hard and virtual controls are excellent. The wireless charger, however, seems to be useless. The exterior styling is good too, and can be excellent depending on your tastes and options. It looks like a MB GLE Coupe from the rear and distantly like a Lamborghini Urus from the front. This car is long for its price class, and rivals look dinky by comparison. Trunk space is excellent. The sloping back window cuts into the height, but at 20.7 cubic feet of space with rear seats up, that's still 0.1 cubic fee more than a Ford Crown Victoria. TRIMS/OPTIONS TO GET: If you drive on bumpy roads at lower speeds, get any trim with the EBP option or Avenir. If you want sweet spot value, a Preferred or ST with CQ I and II give stuff you can't match anywhere else (incl. Trax) for the $. Preferred with no option or color only option is good if you want the cheapest virtual cockpit car that looks good.

Shimmery and Full of Features
I bought the Copper Ice Metallic 2024 Buick Envista Preferred FWD 6-Speed Automatic ECOTEC 1.2L Turbo and couldn’t be happier. Has a great interior with lots of space. Besides 5’10” me, three 6’2” to 6’5” guys were my passengers and everyone was comfortable. Loving the big screen, heated seats and steering wheel, smooth ride, peppy acceleration, and classy interior. This is a car I am proud to drive!

A good car for an excellent price
We were looking for a commuter car with good mileage in the 20k range. Sadly, we were unhappy with the offerings… so dealer showed us an Envista. Pretty amazing car…. Just what we needed. It is comfortable enough for our needs. We call it a “two hour car”… meaning no trip over two hours due to seating position and small seats. Only complaint is that the engineers decided that it does not need a rear window wiper due to the airflow. Message from the real world: yes, sustained driving at 50 mph does clean it. Knocking around town in the rain… and first thing in morning - not so much. If I can have a backup camera, why not a rear window wiper?

Lovely Envista!
Finally, I'm back in a Buick after 10 years and I love it! The ride is excellent. It has many safety features I didn't know existed. As a senior citizen, I do feel safer. The interior feels very luxurious. We like the screen features; it was fairly easy to get used to. I purchased an Ocean Blue Metallic Envista; no other color would do. I'm receiving a lot of looks and compliments on it.

Wait to buy. Too new for replacement parts
I have had my Envista for 1 year now. I have no complaints. It suits my needs perfectly. I find it comfortable, easy to drive, and media screen is easy to read when needing gps. I have not needed any parts since the windshield, which took 9 mos to replace. When the windshield arrived my dealership bent over backwards to get it installed quickly. I am happy with the Envista. I am not happy with parts availability. It's been 6 months and I am still waiting for a windshield. I had to pay for the windshield when it was ordered by the dealership! I do love my Envista Avenir. But, getting a simple part like a windshield is a MAJOR problem. I only have had the car for 2 months and have a crack going all the way across the windshield. I have had two glass replacement companies look at it and tell me they can't get the windshield to replace it. I've phoned the dealership they say I can prepay for a new windshield but there's no ETA on when it will arrive. I will have to be placed on a list to get it. Did online chat with buick.com. They said it was in stock at a dealership several miles away, but they gave me the wrong parts number for my windshield. Evidently, Buick changed the windshield during production. You should not have a car on the market that cannot get a windshield replaced. What would I do if it was shattered? Like the car though! Highly recommend.

Looks great but!!!!!Wait until they do some debug.
I’ve only had my 2024 Envista for four months and it’s had three trips to the dealership for service already. My backup camera totally blew and they can’t even get a new one. It’s been a month since I’ve been waiting so far.

Awesome Vehicle!
I bought a 2024 Chevy TRAX R/S for my son and it is a fantastic SUV I love it so much that I was considering buying one for myself, however after careful consideration I decided to spend a few more dollars and go with the 2024 Buick Envista Avenir. This vehicle has all the awesome features and comfort of my son’s TRAX but has all the luxury of a Buick! So if you are in the market for a comfortable very well priced SUV then look no further. This Buick will check all the boxes.

Great value with caveats
To summarize my review in the first line-I like my Envista for the value of 25k, but may not buy it again. In August 2023 I purchased the 2024 Envista preferred in ebony twilight black for $25k, which was $900 below MSRP. It was the first one sold from the dealership I went to. Mine came with convenience 1 package and advanced safety package. These were the two packages I wanted at a minimum because of the value of options they add. A major disappointment in the advanced safety package is it doesn’t include rear parking sensors. Those are an additional $195 add which I would have gladly paid, but upon searching around Envistas on dealers lot, none of the preferred and most ST did not have them included as options. I firmly believe they should be included with the advanced safety package(ASP). I mean come on…. The only thing I can think is the dealers did not know it was not included in the ASP because the ASP includes the rear cross traffic alert while backing…. Which does work, I had salesman drive another car behind me while in reverse. The center and door arm rests are the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a car. The stupid sewn seams are at the top corners of the arm rest right where the corner of your elbow is. Whoever designed it needs to be punched in the face. If it was softer then it may not be as bad. I laid a couple microfiber clothes on top and it feels a little better. The back seat does not have a fold down armrest unless you spend another $6k for the Avenir version. I think that is silly and all models should have it. The half cloth/half fake leather seats are comfortable and I prefer this so my back and bottom breathe better. The convenience 1 package has heated seats and steering wheel which work great. The vehicle is light and the 17” tires came from factory inflated to 41/42 psi. Driving on the interstate or 70 mph and higher, the vehicle felt like it was being blown side to side by the wind, but the wind was no more than 5-10 mph and it should not have been swaying in the wind. I lowered the psi to the recommended 35psi and most of the sway went away but I could still feel it. I am not sure if it is less on the 18” or 19” wheels on the ST/Avenir models. I only have 500 miles on the vehicle. No other vehicles I have owned have done this with the little bit of wind. I have driven several vehicle on daily basis including Kia Optima, Honda Odyssey, Chevy impala, Ford Taurus twin turbo, and Chevy Tahoe. Engine- comparing the 3 cylinder turbo engine to my other vehicles: the Buick’s turbo does not seem to be a twin turbo because from a stop, it takes a second to kick in, but when it does you can feel the torque. I am not sure if this was by design so you don’t spin the front wheel drive wheels when you floor it. I think Buick is quicker than my base 4 cylinder Kia. Gas mileage is great. Driving around town with nice and easy acceleration will get you about 27 mpg. But if you floor it a lot with the turbo it will be closer to 20. On the highway cruising at 70-75 I was getting 35 mpg. Speaking of cruising, the adaptive cruise control is great- it will adjust speed based on your setting and the car in front of you if it slows down. It will also brake for you on adaptive cruise control which I felt on the highway. I had my foot hovering the brake pedal just in case. The traffic slowed from 75 down to 60 mph and the cruise control adjusted on its own, followed by accelerating back to speed after the slowdown. The Buick transmission likes to keep the RPMs low, I’m guessing for better MPG’s, but the throttle is responsive to minimal input while driving along the road which I like. Some people say it shifts a lot, but not if you get the feel of the engine and shift points based on your throttle management. I like the 6 speed transmission compared to the CVT’s. The Buick drives smooth and quiet for a $25k vehicle. Quieter than the Kia, Taurus, Tahoe and the Odyssey. The wheel base is long for this small of a vehicle and there is more room behind the rear seats than other vehicles in this price range like the Mazda CX-30, Hyundai Kona, etc. The rear seats have ok leg room, but not near as much as my Kia Optima. My 5’4” daughter says there is not much leg room. The rear seats fold down and will be flat if you put weight on them. It will fit my 29” mtn bike with the front wheel removed. The technology and digital displays are very nice. The tachometer/speedometer could have been designed a little better. The top of steering wheel blocks the icons along the top of the screen. Maybe an update might give another display option where the headlight indicator and other icons can be along the bottom. No issues with the speed because it is always clear in the center. The Apple CarPlay works well and the screen is beautiful. The OnStar remote start/unlock-lock in the Buick app is a great feature to have at this price point. You get 3 years from the purchase date. Basically, I bought the Envista new for $25k instead of a used car I would have to put money into in a few years with the hopes the Envista will last 10+ years with minimal issues (fingers crossed). Am I happy with it now? Yes. Would I buy it again? Probably not. What would I buy instead for this price? No idea…. Car shopping with these ridiculous prices is not enjoyable. The Kia Sorento hybrid really had my eye, but 30k plus taxes etc was not in the budget. My wife liked the ride height of the Envista. She does not like driving low to ground in a sedan on daily basis or I would have purchased a Kia K5 or Hyundai Sonata for around the same price.

Enough Pep, Style & Great Ride & Handling!
It had been 2005 since owning a brand new car. My 2004 Lexus RX had 325k miles (and still running strong). I was determined to get a used one but my price point placed me between a 2017-2019 years. For the same amount of money and a lower APR I was able to get a brand new 2024 Envista. I had ran across an ad several months prior and the style initially attracted me. Then the more I read about it the more curious I became. Soooo...went to a dealership and drove one. I was initially surprised by its initial Pep on take off. Most reviews are good on this vehicle but a few mentioned lack of performance in speed. I'm not into racing but this vehicle has enough initial torque to get out of the way (if you need to punch it to merge onto a roadway). Then there is no more strong acceleration. The handling is fun and tight turning radius nice. Interior comfortable. Love the huge Display and I can actually read the map and other indicators. All the new technology is pretty cool. Love the ability to lay down the seats and create a larger cargo area--I do wish it would go flatter/more flush, but it works. I will drive it mostly with rear seats down since I'm often transporting feed bags for animals I got the Preferred trim. I LOVE MY ENVISTA!

Mixed Feelings
I bought this car last month which had no problems up until now. Today and yesterday my car have been cutting off in the middle of me driving almost causing me to kill myself and my entire family. Yesterday, when it cut off I was able to still either drive forward or press the break and the car would cut back on by itself. I took my car to the dealership which they said the issue was fixed once they updated my control panel system. Now today after picking my car up. It cut off again but this time I could not press the break and had to actually press the start button for it to restart which I dodged my car from going under a 18-wheeler. This is a bad experience and I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue? My car is in the shop now with hopes of the issue being corrected. Despite this issue the car has been okay overall except for fume smell coming from the vent when the AC is turned on.

No A/C in Texas
I bought my retirement car. A 2024 Envista in May 2024 by July my air conditioning it went out. So my vehicle has been in the shop since July 31 the part has been on back order with no real date of when the will be in. So I'm thinking about getting a lawyer. It is too HOT in Houston for this. Oh I had to ask for a rental car.
Pleasant surprise.
Have had my Envista Avenir since I picked it up on August 30, 2023. It replaced my totaled HHR which I had no plans of getting rid of just yet. Couple of people have said they thought is was a new Porsche. I am having to adjust my driving style to a slower engine/trans combo. Just have to find the power band. Sure wished they had used the 155 hp from the Encore GX, but it still has some zip and I feel will fit my purpose fine. It will also be probably the last new car I buy. Still don't understand why in California I need heated rear view mirrors, but thats how it came.

This car is junk
I have a 2024 Envista Avenir. This thing has been in the shop more than my old truck. It has 30K miles on it and so far both back window motors have gone out. The brakes went bad and had to be replaced. And now the newest problem it has a error message saying engine power is reduced. Also, they have to keep going in and doing computer updates because all the electrical keeps glitching out. Stay away for this vehicle.

New Car NO Parts!!
I purchased this beautiful car the end of May 2024. Two weeks after my purchase a rock hit my windshield causing a very bad crack horizontally across the line of view right to left. It's been 6 months of me fighting to get a new windshield. Buick dealers do not have any. Glass replacement business such as Safelite don't have any. Buick corporate seems to have no idea what's going on and pushed me back to the dealer to handle the situation. Bottom line is BUICK DOES NOT HAVE ANY REPLACMENT PARTS (WINDSHEILDS). They are not making any. Parts are on backorder and there is no estimated date of availability. I'm now working with my dealer. They may offer me a trade instead of giving my money back. Still waiting for a resolution with a cracked windshield!! I may be forced to get another more expensive car because of Buick decided to sell cars they don't have replacement parts for.

A mess
I honestly don’t even know where to start here. I purchased the vehicle November 2023. It’s now August 1 and it’s been in the dealer over 10 times. Screen goes out so I have no speedometer, air conditioning was broke due to a leak in the core so I didn’t have that for a while (part was on back order). Screen still isn’t fixed. No solution. White smoke started blowing out of the exhaust. No solution from the dealer “it’s burning a normal amount of oil”. Dealer went as far as to lie to General Motors , so I was denied for a buy back (even though I have folders of service records saying different) Am now upside down 11k and have no choice but to trade it in. Never buying a GM car again. Such a mess.

Not a quiet ride
Was very pleased with my purchase of the 2024 Buick Envista until I was cruising about 50 mph and noticed a horrible wind noise in my ear while driving. I took it to the dealer where I purchased it and they said they could hear it but couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was coming from so they didn't know what to do to fix it. Well isn't that just great...how about adjusting the door or checking out the rubber strip around the door..something to try and fix it! Very displeased with Currie Motors in Valparaiso Indiana.

Engine problems
I bought my Envista in November of 2023. The great price tag and visually appealing body style had me hooked. July 21st 2024, my motor blew while on the highway. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. I was told the next day the engine blew due to a defect in the motor. Still under warranty it's going to be repaired however, to this day I still have not been given a time that the new engine will be shipped to the dealership. I'm also battling with the dealership and General Motors about giving me a loaner with unlimited miles at no cost until my car is repaired and returned. Because of the poor customer service I will never purchase a General Motors car again.
NO REPAIR PARTS AVAILABLE!!!!
I paid cash for a new 2025 Buick Envista Avenir late September 2024. Unfortunately, I was involved in a minor sideswipe collision in December 2024. I took my car in to be repaired only to find out that the car was built in Korea and repair parts are not available until April 2025. I have personally contacted Buick and they are no help in expediting parts. Had I known this was even a possibility, I would have never bought this vehicle. I would recommend you put off purchasing this vehicle unless you want to wait 4 months for your car to be repaired.

Malfunctioning Windows
Bought a 2024 Envista in August and within a few days, the windows on my driver side began to malfunction. Its now November is the windows still has not been repaired. Been getting the run around from both the dealer and GM. Paid a total of $31K and now that I'm seeing the value is only in the low 20's for the preferred model. I feel ripped off!

Pleasantly surprised
Bought this because it looks great in and out, has decent gas mileage, and of course it’s priced right. We have the ST trim. At 34,000 miles already, tend to drive this more than anything else in the garage! A few very small niggles that were addressed promptly by the dealer, other than that it’s been great. I don’t find the 3cyl underpowered at all, and the level of refinement it has is quite shocking. Overall I think they did a great job, my first new Domestic car too. Was a faithful Toyota loyalist until I bought a 2024 Tundra (that’s another review altogether)
styler
I like the style, modern and up to date. Stylish. Priced very good. You feel like you are in a small car while driving. Horse power and torque is ok. Car looks good and color coper on ST model looks sharp. Ok now the bad. Low speeds transmission shifts alot not smooth. I drive on smooth roads in Florida and I dont speed. Theres tire noise and tons of wind noise inside. Its like you have a window open a little or like an old convertible that does not close tightly. I just got rid of 2 other Buicks both new the Encore and the Envision and they where both quiet inside very pleasant to drive this one is not. This car is not a luxury vehicle. The ride is just ok but not good. I am very disappointed they claim the car is insulated but where. When you start to move the car engine sounds like a cheap engine car and noise and transmission bucks and shifts.. The car is at its best when running idle. The suspension over bumps is cheap not smooth like the 2 I mentioned. The car sits ok but not as high as the Encore GX. This is more like a car. I have not gone on the freeway as yet I am sure the noise is going to increase loudly inside. The radio is junk scratchy and not clear at all. Visibility is fine with all the safety adds. The front driver seat even though power does not go high enough. The dashboard is not well lite tuff to see. Its very long but mostly unused space thats very poor its covered around by black around terrible. Well I have a decision to make do I keep or move off this stylish car with its crap. This is not good.

Great styling
Love the styling. We purchased a 2024 Envista Avenir last week. So far driving is pretty good. Still adjusting to the gas pedal response as it's feeling like it's on or off. Having a hard time getting smooth acceleration. I feel the car is quiet and smooth riding, the interior is very pleasant to look at. Sound system ok, not a Bose. I hope the car is reliable after reading some of the reviews. UPDATE: Good looking car, smooth quiet ride most of the time. The car rides smooth and quiet, however lots of tire noise on rough road surfaces. Audio system has the worst speakers ever in a car that I've owned. We have had about 3 months and so far only issue is the OnStar system going on and off. We get lots of complements on this vehicles styling.

Envista me please
I just like to stare at it in the driveway or garage. I think the ocean blue metallic is just beautiful in the Avenir trim. Drives quiet , handle well , roomy & practically. Btw tho the Storage capacity is less than our Buick encore GX who piles things to the roof and obstruct their view anyways ? That being said the only thing we miss is the 360 camera.

Very good value
I purchased the Envista and traded in my Encore GX. I'm very happy with the ride, tech and room of the Envista. I received several compliments on the style of the Envista. Buick has came through with a solid vehicle with a very good price point. I purchased the preferred base with options and couldn't be happier.

Great car, at a great price
Love that I can now save on gas and it’s very reliable, fun to drive
Don't be fooled by the low price
Alright, I'll start this by saying I haven't left a review of a car in the past but my feelings about this car compel me to. I was in search of a smaller car with better gas mileage than my 4Runner Offroad Premium since I was going to be doing a lot of commuting in the near future. This car seemed like it included a number of nice-to-have features for a pretty palatable price tag. I think it says plenty about it that I would gladly take my 16-18 mpg 4Runner back over this car even with all of my commuting. The things many point to with this car is that for about $25k, it comes with features that have become options on other cars like heated seats, heated steering wheel, wireless charger, large display screen, looks sporty, etc. Don't be seduced by any of these things. The wireless charger is terrible, it's inconsistent with picking up the phone to charge and is fairly slow to charge when it does. I've had more issues with the display not connecting to CarPlay right away than any other car and have had multiple instances of it freezing and bugging out. None of the "luxury" features proudly touted on this car are worth it. This car is often described as efficient at 28 city/32 highway. Through about 7000 miles, I'm averaging 30.7 mpg. That's not bad, but when you consider that's more or less what a Toyota Rav4 does, it's disappointing that a car this size isn't doing better on gas. I've also now run into an issue with the fuel range indicator. I noticed I was losing range more quickly when my oil level dropped to around 10% remaining. Changed the oil and reset the oil life from the display, and I continue to frequently drop more miles of range than a trip takes and often see it go down by two miles at a time. I'm guessing a computer reset by a dealer might solve this but it's been highly frustrating. To be fair, this engine is only ever described as fine and you don't realize just how fine it is until spending time with it. This is also probably the worst transmission I've ever driven. Shifting from low to high is terrible and it's pretty common to feel a lurch if you need to floor it as the car catches up to your foot on the pedal. This is by far the most sensitive heads up collision warning system I've driven with. Normally you'd say that's a good thing but Buick's is downright annoying. I have yet to figure out what conditions are triggering it but it's pretty common for it to come up at times when you have plenty of time to brake and I've also had times where I was driving under a certain speed and it did not come up when I felt based on its usual performance it would have. I've even had it beep at me when going into a corner on a narrower street when a car is parked against a curb. Additionally, for a sedan I feel this car really lacks for space. Despite the hatchback, the trunk is pretty limited. Don't expect to be able to put more than two suitcases back there and with the aggressive slope of the back windshield, the amount of space to stack things is also limited. Granted, you're not buying a sedan if you think you are going to have significant cargo needs. But still, I have been surprised by how small the Envista feels. There's no denying the price tag. There simply aren't a lot of cars coming in around $25k now and if that is your budget and it can't wait, this car will be fine. I do think that in including some of the so-called luxury features, Buick went a bit too far going the cheap route to keep the total cost down. I've also noticed some things in the interior are not assembled flush, such as where the plastic on the shifter meets rubber. A lot of the hype around this car has been that the features included standard and how they make an otherwise average car worth it. I disagree. There's nothing about this car that suggests you should spend your money on it.

My favorite new car ever!!
I traded in a TESLA MODEL 3 AWD for this vehicle. I have almost 25,000 miles on it and I love it! It gets 33-40 on the highway, has lots of room, and the stereo sounds incredible. Also, I love the way it handles and drives. The adaptive cruise control is incredible. just set it and if someone in front slows down, so does the Envista. No issues other than one recall

I bought my 2024 Envista in July and right away i felt a knocking noise coming from the AC compressor...still waiting on the part to arrive,,,also you can not adjust the seatbelt height and its very annoying as its digging into my neck making it very uncomfortable and the vents are too small for the air to flow,,,,whomever designed this didnt do a good job!!

Fits like a glove
A new model that's good looking, just about the right size, loaded with electronics, remarkably quiet and easy to enter and exit. And the price is in the right neighborhood.

I love my buick....however it was purchased in October and some Ninjas broke in it. They broke my passenger window out. I have been to the dealer for a window replacement, they sent me to safelite. Safelite stated they had to order the window as of today the window isn't in and the dealer don't have the glass to replace it. How do you sale a vehicle and not have parts to repair it. I understand it was not their fault....but selling something and not having the parts to replace it is sad. I have not been able to enjoy my new vehicle because of the Ninjas that broke into it and dealer for not having the glass to replace it.
Great value for the price
Checks all the boxes on my list. Sleek and attractive, good MPG, low payments and includes a lot of features that usually come with higher end luxury cars. Can't beat this right now.

Heaven On Wheels
I just recently purchased my 2025 Buick Envista and it has blown my mind so far (my previous car was a 2012 Chevy Impala, big step up lol). The Envista is a smooth riding, very comfortable vehicle that I think anyone would be happy to drive!

HASTA LA (EN)VISTA!
Let me start by saying, this is an aesthetically pleasing vehicle. I was drawn to its sleek presentation, and I was sold from then. I was extremely excited to have such a beautiful vehicle sitting in my lot, and even more excited to drive it on the road. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. After about a week of driving, my check engine light went off. Cool, no problem i thought, perhaps being overly optimistic, to avoid the reality that this was not a good sign. I hadn't had the car long enough to even need gas, so I knew it wasn't the gas cap being left open. Besides, this vehicle doesn't have the traditional cap. In any event, i proactively took my vehicle to the dealership right away. I was told they couldn't diagnose the issue and removed the check engine light from my dashboard. Less than 2 weeks later, guess what happened? You guessed it! The check engine light appeared again. Once again, i was proactive and brought the vehicle in to the dealership once again. At this point, the receptionist, the salesperson that sold me the vehicle, and the mechanics are starting to wonder what's going on at this point. I was told it was a censor. I was lucky enough to get the sensor from GM rather quickly, as I made it my duty that it would be treated as a high priority. After the censor was installed and the check engine light was gone...guess what ? You guessed it! 2 days later, my check engine light pops up yet again. At this point I am livid! I have lost my confidence in this car! And quite frankly I regret trading in my reliable vehicle i had prior, for the Envista. But still, i have tried to keep a relatively positive outlook. I was informed that there was a bulletin sent out with this issue, and that there is no resolve yet. Engineers are working on a fix. I have been told everything in the book ranging from how common these "little issues" can be sometimes, to how odd and inexplicable this issue is for a new vehicle. So where does this leave me now? I'm at a stand still. Confused as to what's going on. Uneasy about what happens after my warranty is up. I have 0 confidence at this point that this will be a long term vehicle for me. This issue has prompted me to check reddit reviews, and let's just say i will omit the things I've read about this particular car to spare feelings. But let's just say the size engine for this vehicle and where it's made is a huge red flag for many reviewers. I am now driving rental that was offered to me in the interim (Chevy Equinox). Although I am happy I was offered a rental, the vehicle I'm now driving around in doesn't meet the aesthetics of a car that represents me. I'm trying to keep calm about this, but its really been a huge hindrance. I've had to change my schedule multiple times to bring the car in on numerous occasions. I've had to adapt to not having my favorite feature available (using the app to remotely start). We experience cold winters in Canada and I've had to go outside to warm the car rather than doing it from the inside. Sounds like a small issue, but its a huge inconvenience, especially when that was a huge factor in what sold me. I just wanted to enjoy my new vehicle. Instead, i am left in disappointment and embarrassment at this point. On numerous occasions when dropping the car off to the dealership, my mom would say "again? , didn't you just get this car?". Embarrassing! Anyway, I'm rambling at this point. I really want to love this car. I really want to have that enjoyment of owning a new vehicle. But I feel I have been robbed of this experience. I'm paying for a vehicle that I don't even have access to. They say first impressions last forever. I am not having a good first impression to say the least, and I'm looking forward to a resolution to keep me happy as a new client. I didn't trade in my reliable vehicle (will omit name and model out of respect) for a problematic car. Please fix this! The engine light and my current standings with the GM brand.

Serious issues
On day one something seemed off because of a window fogging every day first thing in the morning. Condensation develops on the inside of the windows all the time which will be a serious mold issue soon.

ok for current market
I recently brought this car because someone drove into me at a stoplight at 70 miles an our head on and totalled my original car. Starting with likes: The rearview camera is one of the best views I've ever seen; (clear, sharp definition wide view. 2nd like is the gas tank efficiency ; hardly ever have to fill it. Dislikes: This car isn't for an arthritic person who's 5'9" or higher with hip/knee issues. Even though the seat has a million adjustable controls, I haven' t been able to adjust it to feel comfy and it even sits too low for my height. The seat is VERY uncomfortable and cheap , so hopefully you won't have to drive for long periods. The head/neck rest (NOT GOOD).2nd the stern wheels are tiny and overloaded with controls on it as well as tiny Sideview mirror's and a tiny rearview mirror; I feel the view is cheated with those if you like to use your mirror's a lot for safety. This is a good priced car for the market , but NOT very comy for the driver if you have hip/knee and back issues. I give this car 3 stars; would be higher If the driver seat weren't so cheep and uncomfortable. I regret my purchase due to comfortability of driver seat after driving for a month;still likely a decent car for some other person who isn't arthritic in hip/knee. My major like is the intense large rear camera which over compensates for the oddly shaped hatchback window that doesn't have a windshield wiper (I'm sure because of the shape of the hatchback window?

Perfect in every aspect
I am so impressed with the Buick envista that our family now owns 2 of them. Not only is it roomy it has the bells and whistles that many other SUV’s lack. The price of this vehicle is well below any other suv out there and it out shadows them hands down. This is coming from a family who has owned BMW, Lexus , Chevy and Nissan vehicles in the past.

I love it!
Plenty of room, quality materials inside & out, and not to mention the 3-cylinder has PLENTY of acceleration. I came from a v6 challenger & drives my partners v8s. The vehicle is equipped with just enough. Looks from others will make you laugh. Definitely breaking necks out here. You just have to test drive to see yourself. Highly recommend.

Premium exterior. Cozy interior. Smooth ride.
"That's not a Buick!" As funny as the line from the commercial is, it's been my reality since I bought this crossover. People stare all the time before finally coming up to compliment it and ask for the brand. They're always surprised when I tell them it's a Buick and never believe me when I give them the price. They assume it's a luxury suv that starts around $40,000, instead of a crossover with a $29,770 MSRP. For everything I got: exterior and interior design, safety features, remote start, a futuristic infotainment center, rear suspension and wheel upgrade, and heated features, I more than satisfied. The only thing I wish it had is ventilated seats. The fuel accompany could also be better for the size of the car. But at the price point, I really can't complain, especially since I got a good discount from the dealer that brought the Out-the-Door cost below the MSRP. I also got my ST in the best color option: Ebony Black Metallic. Note: I was informed that parts for this vehicle weren't made available in North America until April 2025, so anyone who shared that concern should be okay to purchase now.

Transmission issues
My 2025 Buick Envista is sluggish and down shifts when driving. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from no longer sales Buicks, I had to tell the service tech what to look at. I have been to the service department 3 times car still rides the same. I really liked the vehicle but GM needs to make sure the transmission is up to par before they make another Envista. At least give the techs some training on how to conduct a diagnostic.

This is rattling piece of junk!
The only thing that I like about this car is the look. It rattles in the back trunk area and dealer can not repair it. I have black out of the screen, tire well moulding coming down, seat belt rattles, driver visor mirror light not working, rear left window will not roll down at times, makes a loud whistling sound when on a the interstate driving 80, jerking transmission when on a incline driving on highway, and radio goes in and out at times. Buyer Beware!!
Nice ride but that’s it
It’s a bit too small for me and felt cheap. But the ride was smooth. I only test driven this car.
