I left my Volvo C70 T5 convertible for this amazing little suv! It's perfect, the drive is smoth and the moon roof is amazing, I have not found anything that I don't like about it.

Have read ‘professional ‘ reviews about the 2021 gx and disagree with some of them… the car is extremely quiet in the interior , has very comfortable acceleration, and handled direct with the steering and ride is very comfortable around corners … I have the essence trim and we love the car … I have test driven other highly rated subcompacts and the gx is far away the most comfortable and much more smooth and quiet… test drive it and you will find it fun to drive ..

Picked the car as it could be flat towed behind my motorhome. Is an easy set up. Car is peppy enough in 1.3l engine, I was worried about a 3 cyl, but it's good. Roomy, has lots of features even in base version, was inexpensive with rebates and dealer discount. A bit rough on bumpy roads buy acceptable. It's often the first car to pick to drive, but wish it had power sests and more seat comfort. Avg mileage at about 22.5 around town and 30 hwy. Voice entertainment a bit confusing but use the android auto which is working OK. Great value, love the size, mileage, and it can be towed. Like style a bit better than the chevy version, and you got more for the money. Terrible brakes. Squeal. Had brakes replace w ceramic, solved squeel. Jumps when parking brake is released. Buick does not care about the poor brakes.

We really like the car. Seems to have a lot of power for such a small car and gets great fuel mileage.

Fitsy

I previously owned a 2014 Encore and it was a great little car. A little sluggy but nonetheless a great, safe little car and was exceptional to handle on snowy Michigan roads. When it came time to upgrade there was no question I would be looking at a newer Encore mostly for its winter driving performance and fuel economy. Well…my 2021 Encore GX XT is way too fitsy. I shut off the auto correct because it was a struggle to drive correctly. You have to manually engage the AWD which is fine but I question if it even makes a difference. I’ve driven on snowy roads for 20 plus years and have never felt as little in control as I do with this car. I bounced off a curb going 10 MPH last winter. The car would not let me correct, almost like the steering locked up or something. Just this past week when taking off from a stop sign the car’s ass end decided to twerk and it took quite a bit of correcting to get it to cooperate. I’m so frustrated that I’m seriously contemplating getting something different that is safer to drive in the winter. I love the looks of the car and want to love it but.,,,,,
