Glitchy remote start

I’ve had my car for over a year now and the remote start in the winter is trash which is when you need it the most!. It shows that it started on my phone but you walk up to the car and is not running. This happens about once a week or every other week depending on how cold it gets. The colder it is the more the remote start doesn’t work. I took it in, left it there for a couple days and … they ran multiple test and couldn’t find the problem so I’m stuck with it.
The drive is not impressive either, I bought it for the look so it does look nice driving it around in the summer but that’s about it. I’m switching it out next year for something better with better value.
