    Sounds like Jeep or the NHSTA needs to do a recall of Jeep transmissions. We only have 50,000 miles on our 2007 JGC, and we are being asked to pay almost $3,000 for various repairs, including a new transmission. We'll just park it before we pay that much!

    I'm in Ontario and we don't have lemon laws here in Canada. I'm searching for an equivalent. That said, I just want my car to run the way it was advertised and not have to take legal action against an Automotive giant..     I have a 2011 JGC, I've had it in three times and Jeep has done several flash updates, but acceleration is very poor. Between 20 mph - 40 mph, its very sluggish unless you press the acceleration hard. Risky in rush hour traffic. Has anyone had any results with Jeep on a fix?     I have had similar issues with my JGC 2000, and my 2006 JGC. My regular mechanic who is superior to any Jeep mechanics said the shudder is coming from a defective torque converter.     Just got some body work done (replaced rear passenger door). On my drivers side in the lower right hand corner of the rear door there is small flat panel that is barely noticeable, however, the replacement door has no small panel in the corressponding left hand lower corner... Is there supposed to be? I have been looking for a 2011 jeep all day and cant find it...murphy's law...

    The lumbar support was one of the main selling features for me. I was impressed on how the drivers seat as well as the passenger's had all of the same functions. I have major back issues and I have been very pleased with the lumbar support. I test drove the 2011 jeep grand cherokee, ford edge and lincoln MKX. Jeep beat them all.

    You are right about the Inferno Red. My second choice was Silver, but, yes, the red shows a deeper shine. I called Chrysler Customer Service to get hard copies of the manuals. They told me there is a Radio Enhancement available for the 2011 Grand Cherokees (#RRT 11-026). I was surprised since I have the upgraded 730N media center. Dealer said it is a software upgrade.
