Zippy
I first leased a new 2014 1.8t convertible, loved it! I gave her back at end of lease then mourned the loss. I then purchased a used 2017 1.8t coupe, again, love it. But, I’d always coveted the 2017 #pinkbeetle once I knew it existed and now I have one of those; convertible. Love most: that turbo engine, they all still came with a CD player (yes, I’m a shameless Boomer), love the slammed appearance without having to alter suspension, and they are just fun to drive in many conditions (no snow in my life). Cheap to maintain, and insure. I’m a big fan! And, the limited edition pink one is just too darned cute, had to have one. One year later…just turned 60k miles, still runs great and flies across the open highways with ease. Still loving this car.

An Eye Catcher
My wife loves the way it handles and the attention it receives. Mechanically it has been exceptional with one exception. The ignition cylinder malfunctioned and we have been waiting over 2 months for a replacement. 👿. The only reason that progress is being made is because I contacted Customer Care at VW Headquarters. The dealer who is supposed to be doing the service is hopeless.
