I only have one regret regarding my my purchase of the Model S 75D, range. I should have purchased the 100D. For 99% of my driving the range of the 75D is way more than adequate. But for a 300-400 mile road trip, which is the maximum that I would ever drive in a single day, the 402 mile range “long range plus” is what I now own as well. My wife accepted her hand me down Model S 75D after … I purchased the new refreshed Model S Long range in 2022. She has now driven the car 37000 miles and has had no service issues with the car. Update: Customer service has greatly improved in the last year. I am much happier with that. The car has amazing amount of room for carrying cargo and passengers. We save about $200 per month over the price of gas driving our two Model S Teslas. We only drive a combined 13000 miles a year. So those who put mileage more average would be saving quite a bit more each month. The convenience of charging at home is amazing. I surely do not miss driving to a gas station to fill up. Supercharging on the road is way cheaper than the cost of gas and only requires minor adjustments to your trip. The time saved over the course of a year not having to make special trips to the gas stations more than makes up for a little extra time on a road trip. There are many more superchargers on the road, very reliable and very fast.
