2015 Jeep Renegade
My 2015 Renegade has just over 6000 miles on it. This past week my key fob and the driver's door electronics stopped working. I can't use the key fob or the lock buttons on the doors. They all have to be locked/unlocked manually. When I called the dealership they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could see me. Today I went to turn on the car and... nothing. It clicks, the dashboard … lights up (and gives me about a thousand error messages), the radio turns on but no start. Then they key won't come out of the ignition. The key won't even turn to the 'off' position. It's stuck somewhere between the 'off' and 'just the battery' positions. So, my car won't start, won't lock, keys are stuck in the ignition, AND the dealership is trying to give me the run around. Considering I've only had this car 7 months and I've already had more problems with it than I did my 7 year old Ford Fusion, as soon as I can dump this lemon I'm done with Jeep (and Chrysler).
