2017 INFINITI QX80
Our QX 80 is a beautiful and comfortable car. We just passed 100k miles and it looks almost new. We have maintained and cared for this vehicle in a responsible way. So when the dealer service shop diagnosed our erratic transmission behavior as a faulty torque converter I was very disappointed. I have had many cars over my 71 years but this is my first experience with a torque converter … failure. I thought those things were bulletproof.
