2020 Genesis G70
Genesis wants to be considered a luxury brand but their service department is a joke. At Lexus they bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of the moment you show up for service. Genesis has a recall on my G70 and the dealership 5 miles from my house says they dont have any available times to perform the recall for the next 7 months. SERIOUSLY? I try to go to a less … convenient location and their website wont allow me to schedule any times there either. I have called numerous times and only get voicemail without a return phone call. Genesis Corp was no help either.
I will be selling and moving back to Lexus soon
