Loving it
This car was an upgrade from our 2007 LE AWD model. I love this car. All of the nicer amenities are very well done. The steering is much nicer--not hard and trucky like our old one--and it handles well both on the highway and on country roads and city streets. The back up camera in the dash is very useful, something I didn't have before and wouldn't have thought I would like. The driver armrest is higher in this car than our old one, but it still bugs me that it is not adjustable apart from the seat back. The entertainment system is easy to use and keeps the kids happy. Love the side shades and the auto doors and back gate--I use all of those a lot.
A nice ridr
I have a 2012 Toyota Sienna that has been a dream to drive. I haven’t had any major issues with my sienna. I am the second owner and I have put about 50,000 miles on it since I bought the van.

Great dog van!
We renovated this van to flatten the floor so it can accommodate dog crates. We took out the 2nd row seats and the seat hardware. We then built a welded steel platform to hold wire crates and provide storage space underneath. The 3rd row seats fold down into the floor. The 2nd row has been in storage with the hardware. This is an excellent vehicle to drive dogs to training and trials. Very solid in any weather and road conditions. So very spacious: equipment, lawn chairs, shade tent, ice chest, spare clothing and boots. The AC needs work and the driver side slider needs a recall fix.

Best mini van I've owned.
I have owned 9 mini vans but Sienna is the best of all the brands I've owned.

2012 Sienna XLE
This is my 4th Sienna and every year they get better. I hated to sell but we decided to get a new 2017 Sienna XLE. I actually like some of the items more on the 2012 than on the new 2017 model, such as the layout of the dashboard. My 2012 was absolutely trouble free for the entire time I owned it which was from 7K miles until I sold it at 58K. One item I really enjoy are the power sliding side doors and power rear hatch. It has tons of power and gets great mileage. The dealer did not want to give me very much for my vehicle for a trade in, so I sold it myself. Do yourself a favor and always use Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil. Your engine will thank you in the long run! When purchasing a vehicle, always get a detailed service history and ask for receipts for any maintenance performed. Although a Carfax report is helpful, it does not always disclose the complete history of the van. Do your homework and have the van thoroughly inspected for storm or flood damage. The Carfax is only as good as the people who submit the information. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
