While I didn’t have a great customer experience with the dealership I chose (Anderson Toyota in Lake Havasu, Arizona), I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased (2020 Rav4 XLE with convenience package). The engine is powerful, the options and safety features are amazing, and I like the overall feel, look and drive of the vehicle. Looking forward to many great years of driving this suv and hoping it holds up as long and as well as my old Camry has! Also, as many have stated, the engine can be a bit loud, especially depending on which “gear/mode” you drive in (Eco, Normal, Sport). I’ve noticed that Sport is the loudest driving mode, BUT you get a smoother and more powerful drive in that mode. Driving in Eco is so efficient on gas. I drove all over town 2 days in a row on Eco, and the gas needle barely budged! Just a note to those interested in purchasing this vehicle, the ride can be a bit bumpy, not overly so, but there is a bit of slight jostling when driving over certain surfaces, which is no bother to me. Other than that, the car handles quite while. I’ve read some complaints regarding the steering being a bit unpredictable. The steering wheel isn’t “tight”, if that makes sense. It’s a bit “loose”. I personally like it and consider it to be very smooth. If you are familiar with driving Toyotas, you will not notice an issue. Overall, I am deeply satisfied with this vehicle thus far. Happy buying, and happy driving :)

Do not buy this car unless you test drive it for an hour. The seats are super uncomfortable. I purchased the vehicle just to find out i have made a very expensive mistake. The car is only 7 days old sitting in my garage and I am trying to figure out how to get rid of it. Very very uncomfortable.

Brake warning light issue might have been fixed

Had a problem(brake light popping up for no reason) with my Toyota Rav4 when I bought it, but after taking it for servicing for the 4th time, the brake warning light(without cause)hasn't popped up for a while. I'm thinking the car was recalibrated, and that fixed the issue.
