2024 Toyota bZ4X Consumer Reviews

Definitely stay away from this car
I do Uber Lift with this car in San Francisco. I have passed 10,000 e-mails, the whole suspension is very sensitive, like a sports car. Also, the insulation of your car is really bad. Your rear window is broken. Toyota has absolutely no spare parts. I waited for a spare part for 2 months, just for the rear window. Also today, Toyota canceled my 1-year free electricity subscription without me knowing or informing me. There is absolutely no trust in American Toyota, stay away.

Not a car that you will love
Many cost conscious material was used, missing new technology, charging problems, and overall cheap craftsmanship.

Not happy to own one
Bz4X is a beautiful car, drives well but it's really not for long trip or highway at all if you have to drive more than 65 mph your battery starts draining faster than you would expect it's not as convenient according to the manufacturers it doesn't charge as fast as it should it does create more problem just by keeping the car My suggestion don't even go near busy for x not worth it of the price does vehicle maybe 12 to 15,000 the max Toyota need to re-look into it and recall all the vehicle and pay the owners double to make it up for that mistake what they have done.

POS VEHICLE!
I purchased a Toyota BZ4X limited back in November and needless to say, I have been very disappointed in it. When I picked up the vehicle after purchasing it, I noticed the dealership did not have it fully charged (33 miles). I now know why, they did not want me to see that this POS only charges to 176 miles. From the 1st time I charged it up until today, it does not charge beyond 180 miles which is only 69% of the stated range. And I live in South Florida, where cold weather is not an issue. Furthermore, I've had the multi-media shut down, and most recently, the AC went out twice. On the latest AC shutdown, The dealership had the vehicle for almost 7 weeks. I am currently waiting for an answer in regards to my 2nd complaint to the Toyota Engagement Center about a vehicle repurchase (lemon law).
