This car has been very problematic for me. I have replaced the transmission, alternator, computer components, and so on and so on. I had Toyotas before this and miss the reliability of them. I do not consider this a realible vehicle. Oh yea, expect to go through brakes alot too!

I bought this car with 100,000 miles all over the US Putting on another 100 grand. This has been a very comfortable freeway cruiser with enough sport to handle tough driving situations close cuts or parallel parking. I have taken this car through the paces. From blizzards and black ice to deserts, mountains and hard to reach terrain. Incredibly stable in all driving situations while still sports- car responsive. Newer version is the Alreo and seems true to form. I drove one a bit and felt right at home.

I have the 3.4L 24V DOHC engine which is great but the mech. problems are the most expensive to fix car I have seen. I just changed the Alt.(7hrs!);they had to take out the strut and even the dealership was surprised at how much work it was....they charged for 4 hours. It is a very nice car to drive and look at and with this engine it has the feel and strength of power under the hood. I bght it with low miles (67500) but unfortunately there was no mech. record log which at least would have given me some indication of the previous owner work. Which I believe was only oil changes.... Overall nice car if nothing breaks.

bought this for my wife as she said it would be "cheaper than therapy" to drive a fun car, and it has. driven to work & back or to tennis. lots of pep, great fun to drive topless, has been a great car, now she wants big/luxury. graphite leather interior and ultra brite teal exterior with dark top. it's good looking, not the usual red ragtop have driven it on vacations-it's a real blast. nothing like driving through the mountains or by the water. too bad the car doesn't get more use or good weather to play. has always had synthetic oil, new tires last year, a real cream puff - seriously.

Just recently bought my 93 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Love is so far! Had always wanted one like my Aunt Lois had when I was young. Found this one with only 55,000 miles on it and I had to jump for it. The only thing i have to do is replace the convertible top and back window seals. a fun car to drive! I love it!
