2024 Nissan Rogue Consumer Reviews
Pricing
Quick and Nimble
Purchased used with 30k, miles. Originally was looking at FWD sv, trim opted for AWD S trim. Very quick in Sport mode, easily reaches 110mph, great gas mileage 33mpg on average, ample room for passengers and cargo. Once I figured out how to use the Android Auto, worked well. Cons, the Super Black color difficult to keep clean, looks great when it is. Seems to have a lot of non metal body panels, as is with other manufacturers. Traded in a G70 sedan, due to back surgery. Still getting used to no filler cap. Surprisingly quicker than previous 4 cylinder models, The paddle shifters are available have not used them in Manual mode.

Mine should be a lemon!
I like the Rogue in general, BUT mine is very a poor quality. I have had too many issues in about 20 months: 1. The paint is awful. Many chips all over the vehicle starting within the first month. 2. Fuel line had to be replaced because of the winter fuel leaking through. Took two appointments because the first time it was the wrong part in the box, supposedly. 3. The windshield had multiple little dings before a big rock cracked it and I had to replace it 4. The camera had to be replaced because it overheated. 5. On a long trip, the cruise control stopped working intermittently. 6. On that same trip, I had the engine run on after stopping. I haven't had that happen in a vehicle in 20+ years. 7. Tires were worn out at about 22,500 miles. 8. There is a rattle coming from the muffler started at about 25,000 miles. 9. USB Android Auto connection has been an issue since about 20,000 miles. This started February 2024. - After using it for a while, it would stop working and the USB ports would not connect or charge the phone. - After months of back and forth with Nissan, they agreed to replaced the audio system in April. That DIDN'T resolve the issue. - It is worse than it was. The Android Auto issue is worse than before and NOW the radio doesn't work! This is the least reliable vehicle I have ever purchased! I really like he Rogue size, design and comfort, but I don't trust the Nissan quality because of their cost cutting due to their financial problems.

Midnight Addiction
I read the reviews of gasoline smell. However, I know several friends with a 2022 or 2023 Rogue and none have had problems. So I decided to take the risk and test drive one. The dealer had a Midnight Edition in black. Blacked out rims, blacked out grill, blacked out insignia. It looks cool in black. It looks simply dumb in gray and white. The seats are more comfortable than my TV chair. I was pretty well sold before hitting start. It drives fine, audio is fine, safety features are very good. It is not a great value relative to other Rogues. The premium for Midnight is high ($1,700) relative to the differences. 0% financing made it cheap relative to other SUVs - saved about $8K on monthly payments vs. a 72-month Nissan loan. However, I got hooked on Midnight's looks and paid up.

2023 Rogue
This is a great vehicle. Just back from Gulf Shores. This vehicle averaged 34 miles to the gallon. Road real nice. Think we got a good one.
