Used 2017 Nissan Quest Consumer Reviews
Quest should not be discontinued!
Good, very basic model! I wish I could've afforded more bells and whistles (the reason for most of the poor clicks...). I don't find the seats comfortable-but I have a rather unique situation, most likely others would be satisfied. A VERY bad gps system was installed and I had to replace it with a better type as it kept giving me wrong directions - I was constantly lost. Otherwise a good car. The reason for stating that the Quest should not be discontinued is that this action caused the vehicle to be significantly devalued. I am now aboutb $10,000 upside down as it relates to what I owe vs. the value of Quest, a situation which I highly resent!

Great if you aren't into cold air or reliability.
I purchased a Nissan Quest brand new. We really liked the vehicle until the AC compressor quit working at 70,000 miles. This is technically out of warranty, but far to early to be expecting an $1000 repair. I contacted Nissan One, and asked if they would be willing to stand behind their product due to the fact that it still had relatively low miles. They said they first needed to have a Nissan garage look at the problem before they could say. The local garage already had diagnosed the problem, but Nissan wanted to charge me $100 to do so. After spending a long morning waiting at the dealership, I sent Nissan the information, and they declined to help cover the $1000 bill for the repairs, offering no apparent reason. Perhaps it is unfair to fault them, it wasn't under warranty, but if I had it to do over again, I'd look for a company willing to stand behind their product a little better, and that won't cost you a bundle before you ever hit the 100,000 mark.

CHEAP INTERIOR FOR LOTS OF $$$$$
Purchased a new 2013 Nissan Quest LE. Fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Still paying for it and It only has has $47K miles on it. We have been having issues with it from day one. The tires ware out so much quicker than any car. The break pads have been replaced multiple times , more often than ANY cars I have previously owned and this one gets half the use that the other ones did. The AC has a weird mold smell to it. We have had it cleaned, replace the filters every month, ozone treatment , you name it... still smells. Nissan has no idea.... The latest, two parallel cracks have appeared on top of the passenger's airbag. Contacted Nissan they say we will pay for the part but you have to pay over $400 worth of labor. WHAT?? You are accepting responsibility for the problem but won't take care of it 100%.. Even though YOU placed a cheap plastic dashboard on my $50K vehicle??? I will seriously NEVER ever purchase another NISSAN again and would not recommend anyone to do so. Cheap product - High Price- Horrible reviews - class action Lawsuits on similar issue as mine.. There are many other Car makers that would love my $$, ones who have and value their reputation and consumers. I am so so disappointed!!!

Best Minivan Out There
The 2015 Nissan Quest is probably the largest minivan on the market. It has great interior room, enough for 6 passengers - or 4 adults and 3 children. The interior is well appointed with leather and wood across the dashboard. The ride and handling are rock solid. Plenty of room for luggage when the rear seats are folded down, and two secret compartments in the back. The van also has a back up camera which is very useful for a minivan of this size. All in all, this is a great vehicle. I am still driving this "mini"van after two and a half years with no maintenance issues at all, except for oil changes and tires. This vehicle is rock solid and well built. I love my Nissan Quest!

3 year owner 2013 Nissan Quest LE
Purchased May 2013. Like many features and would buy again. The biggest complaint is mileage. I am getting 11-13 MPG. Emergency brake lever is near lower leg and could cause injury in accident. Car is comfortable, well made, quiet and pleasant to use daily.
