Used 2000 Nissan Pathfinder Consumer Reviews
nissan 2000
Ours is a plain Jane XE. Bought it new - now has 144,000 miles. Timing chain and waterpump@105k new struts@130k. Some brake work - forgot just what. Transmission serviced, oil changed each 3000 mi til 99k. Now using Mobil one 15,000 mile oil -changed each 10k - doesn't seem to burn any. I'd drive it across country tomorrow.
160K and still going strong!
I bought this vehicle with 103K miles on it in 2006, I replaced the water pump and timing belt @ 105K miles, the harmonic balancer went out @ the same time and I had that replaced as well, other than that, which as far as I'm concerned are just normal maintenance issues, Excellent Vehicle. I have a growing family and need a bigger vehicle, but I would love to keep this just to see how much I can get out of it.

Schmied's Review
I haven't had any problems with this car. It's been great and fun. Lot's of power...just be careful make a turn after it just started raining. It's engine is very powerful and you could lose control. Comfortable vehicle.
Great SUV
Great SUV and a great look on the road. Underpowered for 2000, but they fixed that in later years. Rear springs are a bit light for holding anything heavy in the back. Seems to have held it's value VERY well. Especially considering all the rebates we got on it. All in all, a great SUV.
I absolutely love this Pathfinder
I just bought this 2000 LE from my Aunt, I've been loving every second of it. This vehicle has plenty of storage, versatility, and luxury features. It's loaded with everything they had at that time. Even with 153,000 miles it still sounds brand new, and no one believes me when I tell them that it has that many miles.
