2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Deals, Incentives & Rebates

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality through the Clean Vehicle Rebate Program offers a Standard Rebate of $2,500, or a total of $7,500 (which includes the Charge Ahead Rebate for income qualified applicants) for the purchase or lease of a qualifying new battery electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Oregon residents can apply for the rebate at point-of-sale at a participating dealership or apply post-purchase using the online application. To qualify:

• Base MSRP of vehicle not to exceed $50,000.
• Vehicle must be purchased or leased after May 22, 2025.
• Must register the vehicle in Oregon and retain for at least 24 months.
• Leased vehicles must have a lease term of at least 24 months.

Additional information:

• Income eligible applicants with a total household income below 400 percent of the Federal Income Poverty level may receive an additional Charge Ahead rebate of $5,000. May provide proof of participation in an eligible public assistance program to qualify. Charge Ahead pre-qualification is required.
