very fun car to drive and when you have a passenger they get very impressed. Would highly recommend this car if you can find it in a good price.

Two year love story

I’ve had my F-Type R convertible for 2 years now. The thrill of driving it is still the same as my first time. It’s powerful, exciting and still one of the best looking sports cars on the road. I ordered mine in classic Jaguar BRG with a tan top and upgraded Windsor leather interior with carbon fiber trim. It’s averaging 19mpg with mixed driving. I’ve had no problems with it, other than a faulty battery that was replaced in the first month of ownership. I’m 6’ 2” and have no trouble finding the perfect seat position for comfortable driving. I leave the exhaust in “quiet” mode while I’m in my neighborhood, but switch to “loud” when I’m out on the highway or country roads. The soundtrack is incredible. The one thing you need to remember is the trunk is tiny. So you need to pack creatively for a weekend away. (I also have a ‘94 Miata and the Jag’s trunk is only a tiny bit bigger). Overall, the F-Type R is a real British sports car with muscle car power. A fun combination!

The V6 cylinder engine sounds fantastic and do you really need a V8 when the V6 sounds so good? When the rear spoiler is up this baby look like a beast!

I bought mine used, and I have had it 10 months now, it is a blast to drive, and every time I start up the car and hear the sound of the exhaust my heart lights up!! I love this car, and everywhere I go I get attention!!
