I just purchased a 2019 Honda HRV Sport 4WD.......I LOVE IT!!!! It's the 1st Honda and SUV I have owned. I've only had it less than 2 wks but I really love it...I avg 25 mpg around town....haven't been on the highway yet. It rides great, it's everything I always wanted. I test drive a couple other suvs, Ford's, etc...didn't care for them. I recommend this vehicle!

I have owned several Honda's and the HR-V is my least favorite. I would not get it again. It is completely gutless coming out of a red light. Zero power. I've owned many 4 cylinder vehicles and this one is by far the worst regarding power & noise (the engine is very loud, rough). Second least favorite thing is that the sunroof can't be open while the car is moving. It will blow you out of the car. Thirdly, aside from the two drink compartments, all other compartments are so tiny, nothing will fit into them. The exterior looks nice, but other than that, I cannot recommend this car.

Crappy gas mileage — very disappointing

The actual mpg is far worse than claimed by the manufacturer. The claimed mpg is 29 city, 32 hwy. while I’m well aware those figures are pretty much always exaggerated, the actual mpg my 2019 Honda HR-V gets is 18-19 mpg in the city, and 19.8 mpg combined city and hwy. This is the same mpg my 12 year old Subaru Outback was getting when it was on its last legs. Gas mileage this low is wholly unacceptable on a 2019 compact SUV. I’m sorry I bought the vehicle.

They need o put in a great performance engine in the Touring HR-V.. Such a shame as it i great car otherwise!!!! They cheapened the car with a cheap engine that wants to shift every time you accelerate!

Nice car but issues with paint fading on rocker pa

So far love the car but the black paint on the rocker panels is fading near the rear tires. The entire rocker panel on both sides is fading but very bad in the curves near the rear. Honda just read the warranty details and sais nothing they can do. Brand New 2019 vehicle and it looks the crap already...
