Used 2018 Honda CR-V Consumer Reviews
CRV Touring
Didn't plan on getting the Touring Model but my wife liked the black inserts on the wheels, rear exhaust tips, and headlights better. Coming from a V6 Accord to this was a bit of a let down on power but the add'l MPG will be worth it. The safety features also take some getting used to. We were driving the other night and the high beams turned on by themselves, didn't know that would happen, but they turned off when an oncoming car appeared. The wife thinks the motor noise is a bit loud on acceleration. Don't buy from Norm Reeves West Covina Honda, they spin that they will match any price after 5 days of sale but will not honor that price unless you get a full contract from another dealer. They have no written policy stating you need a "contract". The only written policy they have is on their website where nothing is listed as "contract".

Best Car for Us!
We bought the EX-L CRV 2018 a few months ago after selling our Prius. When first looking at SUVs we narrowed down the field to the Toyota Rav4, the CRV and the Subaru Forester. Since my husband has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's and both of us are turning 70, we were looking for features that will benefit us in the future. The CRV was the only one offering the features we wanted such as settings for driver's seat and outside mirrors. It was the only one of the three to offer the mirror setting as well as the seat. It also had the easiest to read digital speedometer. The Rav4 did not even have a digital speedometer available on any of it's models. And don't forget Apple Car Play! Love it. Add in the auto-opening trunk lift, easy to enter height of the car, leather seats, roomy interior, cruise control that almost allows the car to drive itself, ... And now for the cons: gas milage is just ok. We get about 27 mpg in the city. Horrible sounding engine! Sounds like a sick lawn mower. I do not drive like a 90 year old and so have to take off ECON in order to get the thing going from a complete stop. Otherwise, so glad we purchased the CRV.

3 whole months!
Sold it after 3 months as the car’s electrical systems were TERRIBLE! Took it on 1 trip and we’re afraid we wouldn’t make it back home.lights, dash dauges, brake system, all acted up and we didn’t dare shut it off. Went to the dealer and they wouldn’t let me have it running when they checked the computer, so they shut it off and reset the check engine light and said there was nothing wrong! It did the same thing 2 more times with the same results, so we traded it for a Kia and no more problems!!!
