Made in Japan for a reason. They nailed this one.
Looking back on previous years I don't think Honda met their own expectations. They took a year, moved production back to Japan, increased the HP, refined the car and brought a winner to the states. Know that Honda is discounting this as they desperately want to sell 30K units. In the spring of 2017 I got about 4500.00 off the 30,440 sticker before taxes and fees. I suspect I could have gotten 5200.00 off with a tad more dickering. A fine car, tight and sound. I am making my numbers on mpg and only wish Honda had a 150K warranty on the battery pack.

You can't have it back!
This car is fabulous. It took a while to figure out the gadgets but okay after a bit. The only thing I would change is put tuning and volume knobs back in the car. It's difficult to make adjustments while driving down the road. The steering wheel controls help but it limits how many channels you can turn to. I average 45 mpg and that makes me really happy. People say the hybrid braking is different. To me it's the same.

Just bought it -- we love everything so far -- the style, handling, safety, tech features and gas mileage. Look forward to comfortable but economical longer trips with it.
