Fantastic Ford

I've driven Mercedes, Infinity and Hummer for 20 years so I never thought that I would buy a Ford. But, when gas hit 3.50 a gallon, I wanted better mileage. I stopped at a Ford dealership and drove a Taurus. I couldn't believe it. It is as solid as a Benz and it drives like a dream. The second day I owned it, I drove 1100 miles in one day. I just never got tired. What a great car. Ford should be proud. The 6 speed tranny is so smooth. I am more than impressed.

We purchased this car about two weeks ago and already have 1750 miles on it. It is a real nice car to drive and comfortable ride. It also has a lot of power, lot more then the 500 that I drove. I live in Middle Tn. in a rural area which is all hills and curves and we are able to get 22.5 to 23.4 mpg. We went to Kentucky and set the cruise at 65 and got 32.8 to 33.1 mpg.

My old lady car!

I had a sporty car with a sun roof but trans went out. Went to used car dealer by house to trade in. He said he had a car that I would love 💘 for comfort, low maintenance, space and the sun roof, which was my only wish. I saw, drove, loved but said it was an old lady car. Plus I'd never find it in a parking lot...tons of white, 4dr sedans. He stiped it, tinted windows, i ordered new wheels and rims. That was Mar 2018, car had 36k miles, it belonged to an old lady, garaged the entire time and she rarely drove. I love the car, super low maintenance, enough engine that it will give power when I need it. Super comfortable when I took it to PA. It just hit 62k last mo with no problems. Highly recommend.

Quality Job 1

I think that was Ford's motto a few years back. Well, with this car, they have achieved great quality! This is a great buy and a great car to own. I had a foreign car before this buy, and test drove the Fusion and the Taurus. They were both great rides, but the Taurus won me over because of the size and the same fuel economy as the smaller Fusion. Great job Ford!

My friend totaled my 2005 Mercury Montego last year (also a great car) so this is the car I ended up purchasing as a replacement. I got it with 35,000 miles on it and drove it all the way to Florida from Colorado! She did amazing! I now have close to 48,000 miles on her, still going strong, and I thank my friend all the time for totaling my Montego LOL.
