Mighty Ram!

I have had the truck for about 8 months now, and I really love it. I have the 3.7 V6 with the automatic transmission, and it gets a solid 20 mpg! I love the looks of the truck, and I think it is a very solid vehicle. I would buy another one tomorrow! They only hauling I do with it, is my quad. I dont do any towing. if you were going to use the truck for towing, I would recommend the 4.7 V8. Other than that, get the V6 and save some dough! Great truck!

Bought because of the dealer price break. Sticker price 21,800 price paid 15,500. Nice after putting work into truck, new rims, new hood, droped the back. The qulity of the bed doesn't seem that great put a dent in the bed with a smaller bass amp.

It's a nice looking truck, but extremely poorly detailed truck. As I drove off the lot, there were problems! Visor clip fell off. Front torsion bars needed to be replaced (with 500 miles on it). The radiator cap lost its seal, all fluid drained. I was told it "must have been a defective part". Door moulding is falling off. Truck has two shades of paint on it from front doors to rear doors. I have had it aligned three times and it still pulls to the right. Dinged the rear bumper, found it to be made from aluminum foil - or pretty close. I suggest you test drive one as well as a Chevy and a Ford.

Ram SRT-10

When I saw my Ram SRT I fell in love with the way it looked. It looks like it is flying when it is just sitting still. The front of the truck is unlike any other truck out there, being styled very aggressive looking and shouting get out of my way. The interior is actually very comfortable and stylish. The performance of the truck is the main reason I had to have it. The Viper drivetrain is the heart of the truck which makes it a beast. I have driven the truck on small trips to visit family which is 130 miles round trip. The speed limit is 55 mph the entire trip. The truck has averaged 16.5 to 17.8 mpg at a constant speed of 62 mph in 6th gear at 1400 rpm several times. Highway miles only!

The specs: 4.7 magnum, auto, rwd, quad cab, sb. Have had the truck for 5 weeks. Truck has been in shop for 11 days. Work completed: head gaskets (2), timing chain, radiator replaced and water pump. Have had the truck back for a week and the check engine light is now on. On the up side the truck gets 16 mpg mixed driving, rides fairly well and looks good.
