Spare tire is NOT standard.
When did a spare tire not become standard. I bought a new AWD van for reliability. How is being stranded without a spare reliable? Shame on you Chrysler for trying to save a buck. I never would have bought this had I known. The give you an electric air compressor to fill up a tire, but what good is it if the tire haa a hole? I would have traded a spare tire for the stupid feature that shuts your engine off every time you stop; who wants to replace a starter every five years to save $200 bucks. You really need to get in touch with your customers and ask them what they want. I'm fed up with this dumb crap from Chrysler and I hope you made enough money cutting out spare tires, because you lost me as a customer.

Pacifiking
So it’s odd of me to say but the Pacifica has always interested me though I won’t buy a minivan. I test drove a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica back in 2018 and it was awesome but I found a interest in the newest redesign having a stronger look so I test drove the 2021 at a dealership and the 30 minute drive was worth the wait and amazing. The luxury and technology make the minivan not feel like one.

Switched from 2017 Touring L gas to 2021 Touring h
First I would like to compare with 2017 and 2021. 2017 doesn't have radio turn on/off button whenever turn on the car radio turns on with loudly and if you have kids sleeping they all wake up. Thanks to engineers they put it finally to 2021 2017: You can lock the car without any alert even if your doors open(Sometimes kids can push keyhob or leave the doors and windows open) I can't remember how many times we left door open during the night and our neighbors called us. 2021 they have not fixed it yet. Both 2017 and 2021 have good internal and external design. 2nd row stow and go not available for hybrid models. I am driving the car more than a month. I can say that 32 mpg does not look possible. My first drive I got 20 miles and used 15 miles on highway around 65 mpg. I got 30 mile once when I drive average 35 mpg, turned off AC, Headlights and even screen and dashboard lights. I gave up to charge it daily and waiting for warmer air to see ev performance. I haven't tried only hybrid yet once I got exact numbers I will share. You can barely get engine sound and it is V6. Great advantage when you compare with loud Sienna. Lastly 7.5K EV Tax Credit is really make the car more affordable when you compare with other brands.

Nice-driving Van
I really like this van. It drives well, and in the Pinnacle version, it's pretty comfortable. The $7500 tax credit is a pretty nice bonus. The only things that're keeping me from giving it five stars are a wonky side mirror, a problematic entertainment system, and most of all, a hit-and-miss electric drive system. What I mean is that sometimes, I can get 32 miles on the battery, yet on the next time, driving on the same route at the same outdoor temperature, I'll get 16 miles before the battery is exhausted. Also, the van often starts with the gas engine, and that's over a wide range of temperatures. Lastly, MPG on road trips varies tremendously, and I can see when the mileage plummets. The van will take a long time to start recharging the batter while going downhill, and the MPG indicator starts dropping. This van replaced a 2018 version, so I'm used to how it is supposed to work on road trips and such, and this one doesn't. The van really is nice to drive, and it's comfortable. In most ways, it is superb. It's just the consistency in the electric drive motor and charging that need to be improved.
