I love my monte carlo
the monte carlo that i purchase has been great. This car gets great gas mileage 29mpg on the hightway. my car also has a sun roof which adds comfort the leather seats are comfortable the car is easy to take care of it handles well on the road and huge the road and curves I would buy one again.
one great car
After changeing the rear rotors and getting the DEXCOOL out of it, I have only one complaint, all the jaums look like they were painted in an old garage, dull as they can be!
04 Intimidator SS Supercharged
This is my first car and I couldnt ask for anything better. I only ran into one MAJOR problem since I've had it. I need a steering rack and an outter tierod. This car is beast I only have 71k on her and she can smoke almost anything around me. I love the gas mileage I get when im doing 65 on I-95 I get about 43mpg on the flats. Chevy you screwed up big time when you stopped making this car. I personally think this is the best car you have ever had.
2004 Dale Jr. Monte Carlo SS
I have little to no problem with my Dale Jr. Monte Carlo SS for the last 2 1/2 years.
hindsight is 20/20
What a mistake buying this car was. Complete trans failure at 24k miles. Required a complete trans rebuild. Also had to have the entire steering column and both wheel hub assemblies replaced, driver's side window motor replaced twice as well. The airbag trim on the driver's seat does not fit and so badly that you can put four adult fingers between the trim and the leather. Even new, this car feels like it has 100,000 miles on it. It is big and safe but it's also noisy, sluggish and every piece of plastic rattles. GM is five years behind in engineering and design. Look elsewhere folks, dont repeat my mistake.
