Not as roomie as the srx
went from an SRX to the XT4. If I had brought my golf clubs with me at the time of purchase I wouldn't have purchased it. You need to put one of the back seats down to fit the clubs. Also make sure your playing partners have a larger SUV and don't mind driving. You will never fit a four golfers and clubs in this car,
ReaWheel well Too Close to back tires
Been seeing rear tires too close to back wheel wells on 2021 xt4. Now been catching small driveway rocks-holding onto, ripping material in front of the teel plate BUT IF NOT THAT CLOSE IT WOULDNT HOLD—A Rock .it would be able to drop off. Like normal driving expectation. Now 6/7 Mos old, rip lil holes in fabric.( too thick I think -than other later models) Took today 1st oil change- to report not liking already having issue with tire too close to well. Should have more clearance at back of tire- also when accelerating hear bang like hitting wheel well plate?? Not a rock -not that bad of a bang & jerk -would a rock do. Think I’d see a rock in tire. so did complain to have record on maintence receipt - just in case.bought new - Not to have issue with a problem that might occur- would be covered.. now gotta watch no rock gets caught & touches fabric or gets into it , but shouldnt be able to — First off! I know now -a small rock may hold on but should drop out not be hitting well. The more smaller one they did show me would not even hit the space, the Lil bigger ones would. That one must of got thrown into rip . But again should not be ripping and having issue holding onto rocks. So now I can’t let it get worse , or again I’d be blamed for knowing issue - & letting get worse & still driving it. But I bought new —not to have problem with any expensive issues-wheel well design too close. And warranty coverage not for rock . I get it but that’s comes second, the issue is closeness to the tire & it holding on to rock. Making rips and touching tire.

Poor performance in the cold.
Bought a very well taken care of used XT4 with only 30,000kms on it. Bought in the fall. Actually quite enjoying the vehicles itself, it’s peppy, 9 speed tranny shifts well and revs low on the highway (if not a bit jerky at times). Interior is spacious and at a used car price it’s quite nice and feature filled. Nice looking vehicle as well I get lots of compliments. If I had to rate overall it would be a 4/5. Serious downside is the cold weather. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. Past couple weeks have been -35 degrees celsius if not more. This car does NOT like the cold and refuses to warm up to operating temperature. I’ve never driven a vehicle that whines and groans and complains about it being cold so much. Transmission revs high constantly and is very loud, engine is unresponsive and loud. Interior creaks and rattles. High pitched whining noise coming from the rear. Terrible!! This vehicle was not built for our winters! And I will not be purchasing another GM product. Too bad.
Nice Ride - 2020
Metallic Red, 20” wheels and front grill are amazingly good looking. I’ve had many compliments about the car from strangers. The luxury sport model is very comfortable and the design is awesome. The engine, 255 hp, is quick and 8 speed tranny is fluid. The ride is not the greatest as well as road noise. I’ve have had not had any problems in the 3+ years of ownership.
