Where do I start...We reserved our 2023 Q7 11/26/22 with a 1K deposit. We were excited and impatient in some ways as it wasn't supposed to arrive between 1/5/23 - 1/15/23. Anticipating and excited about this car, I even tracked the vessel it was on as I work in the maritime industry. Come Saturday, 1/7/23 I get an email from Audi titled "The Wait is Over". I knew the vehicle arrived that day as the vessel had docked that morning. So Monday 1/9/23 roles around, knowing and respecting that our salesman was on vacation, we call Audi West to see or know if the vehicle was actually on the lot to make sure it was the right color & we wanted to test drive it. The person on the phone at the time said it was there. Tuesday rolls around, 1/10/23, I called Audi West to say my wife will come by to see the vehicle, the Salesman (not sure who this person's name was) said come on by. So my wife leaves work early and arrives at Audi West, and long story short...they sold our vehicle to someone else. Our Salesman (not naming anyone) at the time we reserved the vehicle was great. I have no quarrels with our Salesman as he was out on a much deserved vacation, I do have issues with upper management/other personnel at Audi West as to how they let this happen, selling a vehicle we reserved to someone else. This was supposed to be my wife's Christmas gift but it all got shattered this day, 1/10/23. I'm sure there are positive reviews / experiences by others at this dealership...but i wanted to write this to let others know as well as Audi West how immoral this was. We will be contacting the BBB and Audi Corporate on our experience.

CALL SALESMAN JUSTIN LOCKE!! This man has done backflips to assure my Audi purchase experience has been 1st Class from the first contact. I purchased a 2020 Audi S8 about one month ago. AMAZING car. I saw the car online and Justin Locke was my first call to talk about this beautiful Audi. We negotiated and Justin was more than fair about the final price. The car was virtually new (3 model years old with 221 (yep - 221) miles)) but had a scratch on the driver's door (I would never have known about the scratch as it was too small to show in the online pics). After I made the purchase, Justin immediately sent the car to Indianapolis Audi's micro-paint expert (YouTube it!). I label that person an "Expert" as the scratch that Justin had fixed is just plain gone! Justin had the S8 shipped to me (I live in Detroit) and I immediately drove this pretty ride to my local expert auto detailers to apply Xpel PPF and to powder coat my wheels gloss black. About two weeks after I had this mechanical wonder in my garage, JUSTIN LOCKE (the CAPS are purposeful - CALL HIM) sent me a little gift which rhymes with all-weather S8 logo floor mats. There was no reason to send me these other than offering a tangible "thank you for your purchase!" I can't say this will happen for you. I CAN say that Justin will make your financially substantial Audi buying experience better than you could expect. It doesn't matter where you live, if you're looking to buy a new or used Audi, call JUSTIN LOCKE at Indianapolis Audi. PLEASE NOTE: I am not Justin's brother, cousin, or family - just a super satisfied Audi owner!

Wasn’t rushing me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didn’t have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. Fast forward a week , he calls to say they have one and to come drive it. I had to fly out for a funeral , so I said I would come the next week. Then comes today. I went in to drive said vehicle I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to do drive , but David was not there. The joke of a sales manager Jazz was VERY pushy , wanting me to drive the car to my husband at work so we could buy it right then and there. I said no , I will come back with my husband when he’s not at work IF I like the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me “we don’t just let people test drive $100k cars if they’re not going to buy them” , and I was in utter shock. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to buy a car that I can’t test drive. Needless to say , I will never be doing business here. And from the looks of the other reviews , I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience with this man.

I began my search for a new automobile in the middle of 2021, and I was undecided between the Audi Q7 and Jaguar F-Pace. From the minute I arrived into the Gerald Jones Audi store and was met by Consuella, and I informed her of my indecision between the two vehicles, she responded, "You are absolutely a Q7 Lady, let me to show you," and we began to work together. She worked carefully to locate the Q7 Prestige Mythos Black on Black or Mythos Black on Okapi Brown that I desired. Consuella would phone me frequently to let me know what was available, but my preference was for the Prestige, not the Premium Plus or Premium; yet, she persisted in her search. Finally, on that day in October, the phone rang. She exclaimed with joy, "Your automobile arrived last night!" I was surprised and unprepared for her to utter those words that day. I would be delighted to collaborate with Consuella again. Consuella was absent on the day I picked up my vehicle (she desperately wanted to be there for my BIG DAY), but she left nothing undone. Her coworkers George, Bill, etc., greeted me with the same enthusiasm as she did. She left me in excellent care.
