Terrible headlights and vibrating passenger seat

2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid
I made an informed purchase when I bought the 2021 Corolla hybrid. It drives me nuts when the headlights have dark shadows in them and the passenger seat incessantly vibrates at speeds above 40. Dealership says everything is as it should be. Can’t enjoy driving such a car. Both are safety concerns: headlights that do not illuminate your field of view at night and a vibrating seat that … you see in your peripheral vision which takes your eyes from the road.
