2020 Tesla Model Y
I took the delivery of the car on May 31st, just when the COVID-19 pandemic was getting full swing. I was very concerned that the car could have many potential issues, seen or unseen, based on the complaints on the internet. Fortunately, my vehicle only had a minor gap issue that doesn't affect the functions of the car, and the car has been working well after over 11 months of driving. … To me, the Model Y is a sports car in SUV form. Compared to my previous Lexus RX, this one definitely has personality and performance! My wife's Lexus IS doesn't come close either. Going on a steep climb on a highway is so effortless, thanks to the powerful electric motors. I found that I can achieve the advertised EPA range estimate with about 70% city and 30% freeway driving. What I like about Tesla Model Y are: pervasive supercharger network and seamless charging integration, over-the-air software update, great fun to drive, roomy interior and storage, and (still in beta) full self-driving capabilities. I don't have many dislikes about the car, because once you're out on the road, you can just enjoy the driving, every single time.
