So when you're ready to buy, your out-the-door costs including car price, taxes, and fees ends up being $6,000 more than what's listed. If you're hoping to negotiate a FAIR price, save your energy and time - they're glued to TrueCar estimates and won't consider a dollar less. Also, I've reached out to management multiple times regarding the unsatisfactory service and haven't heard a peep.

I notified Mike Reynolds, the general manager and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake. Instead of taking ownership and correcting it the dealership blamed it on the previous owner.
