Terrible company. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer. He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted. My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car. We were told we had the car via phone and email. We received the papers via UPS and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the UPS confirmation and sent via email. We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else. The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. John knew this and still sold the car after confirming he would sell the car to us.

I got a Honda Odyssey Van and so far am pleasantly pleased with the vehicle. The dealership is smaller than a lot of other dealers but don't let that deter you as they are big on service. I was sent a 2017 Genesis G80 and what I seen online vs what arrived at my home per delivery was not the same. The vehicle has quite a bit of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed online. The delivery driver told me that the car came straight from auction! I was flabbergasted but what he said made sense! The car arrived dirty inside and out and was obviously not inspected upon being sold to me. I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop for inspection upon delivery and was told it needed new front rotors and brakes. The vehicle also had a front fender damage on the drivers front and back bumper indicating an unreported accident. I sent the vehicle back immediately!!!! This experience is the very reason that I will never purchase a vehicle online that I can not see and inspect first. Lesson learned!

We decided to look here for a car and we were very pleased, with the service that we received beginning from Dakota! who waited outside patiently while we looked at a few cars and did not try to rush us . He introduced himself as we walked up to him my husband told him what type of car we were looking at. and He said OK let's go get the keys it only took a few minutes for him to get the licenses copied, and the keys , and the car ready ! we did buy the car we really liked it, The whole process with Dakota was just wonderful he is such a great person very delightful . he was friendly and helpful and has a great sense of humor, When I took the car back there today , as we had already discussed before leaving with it yesterday and Dakota had the service department check out a few things on the car and take care of it for us. So the car would be just what we needed and everything was safe and running great for us, Antwan in service was was very helpful , and knowledgeable. He made sure to take care of what we needed and than some. Marcin in finance deserves praise too, he was great and didn't try to force extras on us , he took his time going through the paperwork and he made the whole process go quickly. He has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this dealer they really care about the customers being happy, they even offer free Starbucks coffee, Bottled Water and snacks. It must be nice to work at such a nice place.

Please see the documents carefully. They are going to switch numbers here and there that are very difficult to catch. Don’t fall for their tricks. I will prefer not even going there. They rejected their own offer price three times trying to milk my situation. Making the agreed sum by $500+. Upon showing the email from them i was told “ who cares what that employee wrote, their work is to just bring you here”. Please remeber they are not your friends. Please take a pen and paper and do basic math to confirm their numbers. After wll the approvals and purchasing the car and driving it for almost 400 niles they said sorry we cannot give you a loan dur to visa reasons. At time of selling all the documentation looked good. To conclude they are [non-permissible content removed]. Sales people are [non-permissible content removed], managers are not even humans and finance people are straight out of hell. Plewse be careful. Same with mcgrath in elgin. Sadly i had to purchase a vehicle because it was lat day of my rental after a car accident.
