I telephoned this company to inquire about a car they have listed for 13.5k. The woman told me, tje car is available to see today. We went and inspected the car, and decided to buy it. When we went inside to meet the sales rep. He had an additional 3,400k in the column. I asked him, where THAT came from, he said "that's the astrik" He would sell me the car for the posted 13.5k if I gave him a 3,400 down payment. I came home, and read the reviews on this company, and realized, they are as shadey, and misleading, as anyone can be. I questioned the astrik, commented to him, that they're actually willing to post a price, then confirm that the car is there for that price, and have me take a trip from my house, only to switch prices. If you look at tje ad, the price stands out. I hate to put it this way, but these are adults, who can lie, and keep a straight face. I was prepared to go home with this car today, they made sure, I Didn't.

Dealer Review:

Walked into this "dealership" and was immediately struck by how busy they were. There were a ton of sales people, most of whom were in jeans, short sleeve shirts and baseball hats. After waiting 10 mins I finally got to speak with a "salesman", more like an obvious [non-permissible content removed]. I told him I was there to look for a car for my daughter who wasn't with me. He asked if she was coming and I said no she wasn't. He asked me if I knew what I was looking for and I gave him a general idea. AWD, reliable, in my specified price range. I could tell he was annoyed but proceeded to look at his list of "over 700 cars". He settled on a car and told me he would go get it from his lot. 20 mins later he came back with a car that barely ran. At idol the car sounded like it was going to fall apart. He told me I could take it for a test drive but when I looked down at the gas gauge it showed empty with 000 miles left in the tank. That would have been one interesting test drive. I politely declined. Upon walking around the car I saw a clear spot on the paint where the car was obviously rusting underneath. I pointed it out to him and he goes "yeah, I just noticed that too". All the while he's showing no interest in really helping me. As I was leaving I got talking to another customer who happened to be looking for the same thing I was looking for. He told me he had first tried to go and walk their lot to see what they had available and was told he couldn't do that. He too waited 20 minutes to see one car and the car they brought down to him was a total clunker. Just like me, he walked out of there with no intention of coming back.

I don’t think I have ever had to work harder to buy a used car in my life. And looking back on the entire situation, there were so many red flags that I pushed through just to get to the finish line that I should have walked away when I had the chance. My sales rep Tom did a good job overall. He wasn’t pushy, was as honest as he could be and really played the “it’s not me, it’s the GM” card very well during negotiations. The problems began once I put a deposit down on the car and had to work with the GM. This dealership needs some serious work in customer experience and paperwork processing. At the time I put the deposit down, I was told that the dealership has the car title but the RMV was taking one week to process due to COVID. Of course, none of that was true. When checking the title on the RMV site, it said it was still with the previous auto loan company. I checked every day for a week - no progress. So I wasn’t surprised when the one week mark came and there was still no update on the car. Two weeks go by. Still nothing. Lots of “we’re working hard” and more blame on the RMV. Three weeks to by. Finally, I had enough. I called the RMV to check the progress. Turns out the title had not been processed at all and they didn’t even have it yet. The previous auto loan company still had the virtual title. I call the GM and he never calls me back. In order for me to get the car that I wanted, I realized I was going to have to do all the work. I had to call the previous auto loan company and talk to a representative. Found out that the title had been sent to the dealership THREE WEEKS AGO. I drove to the dealership, put my phone on speaker and connected the GM with the representative. Turns out they hadn’t spoken in three weeks! Once I called the GM out for not passing the title to the RMV fast enough, it miraculously ended up being ready to be sent to the RMV while I was still on the sales floor. So I again called the RMV on speaker and had the GM confirm everything over the phone so the RMV could mail the title to the dealership. That happened on a Thursday night and took about two hours of my time. I had the title and the car by Tuesday morning. I then proceeded to wait a week for the registration to be completed. When I came back a week later, they lied to me and said my insurance agent never sent anything over to them even though my agent CC’d me on the confirmation email from the dealership saying they received the necessary paper work. So I ended up waiting two more hours for them to complete the paper work. Oh, also there was a new chip the size of a quarter on the windshield when I first got there after not seeing the car for nearly a month. No mention of it from anyone even though the car had been “inspected as part of the certified pre-owned mandatory check list.” I have never had to advocate on my own behalf as much as I had to do for this car. That is not how the car buying experience should go. Then when I finally went to go pick up the car, the GM came over at the end of the financing to tell me that “while I appreciate the work you did to help with your purchase, we actually did it all and you just called on the right day when things were already moving forward.” Oh, and he made sure to ask for a review. Well, Imperial Ford, here’s the review you asked for. I am very disappointed in my car buying experience and will not be returning for any service or future purchases. So if you decide to venture to the Imperial Ford lots, just be prepared to work your tail off for the car that you want - because no one there will lift a finger for you.

I have been a loyal customer with Fetti for over 6 years now recently in June I decided to purchase a new vehicle from them. WORST DECISION EVER! I have never had any issues with this place in 6 years till now. I told my sales rep Zack that the back door from the passenger side would not open he said it was just a "hook" (mind you the door is matte black does not match other doors and its supposed to be pre-certificatied) and sent me to service rep James to book an appointment with a loaner. 4 weeks later still no vehicle I contacted James because I'm going on vacation also my cars 1st payment and insurance payment is coming up and I'm still driving this loaner a week later I finally get my vehicle on June 23 the next day Saturday I went to run some errands when I noticed the button to adjust my driver seat is pushed in and the rubber seal for driver side window is not placed on correctly so I decide to look around and noticed the front bumper is a lil off That monday June 26 I go in to show all the damages on the vehicle mind you I just got the vehicle 2 days ago James approached my vehicle like they always do when you arrive I began to show him all the damages he tell me he can fix the button and the window seal but the front bumper is not his department or the matte black door that I have to speak to sales about it mind you I have messages I been complaining about this door.So I got to Zack my sales rep he comes look at the car and tells me he has to speak to Manger I waited for him 40 minutes then complained finally they come out take pictures and booked me a appointment with a loaner! I asked James can they order the piece then I bring the vehicle in so we don't waste time again he said no any ways I book my appointment and ZACK WITH THE MANAGER TELLS ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK REGARDING THE BUMPER AND MATTE DOOR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT NEVER GOT THAT CALL! The next day I came in for my so called appointment no one came to my vehicle when I seen Mr VINCENT GRACE AT THAT MOMENT I KNEW THIS WAS PREMEDITATED AND I WAS GOING TO BE GIVEN A HARD TIME. He asked me how can he help me mind you I just had spoke to him yesterday as well so he knows the issue he continues to say that the bumper is normal that happen (ON A PRECERTIFIED VEHICLE) I didn't argue I said ok what about my door he say we have to see if it happen here mind you I only had my car for 2 days and I have message I sent to JAMES AND CONSUMER affairs about this it literally just need to be buffed and obviously it couldn't be me a door takes more then 2 days to paint so now I said you can look but obviously that doesn't make sence now the door button and window seal I had an appointment today to get this fixed he tells me he has no loaner they are going to order the piece and call me when it arrives I asked JAMES THIS yesterday so why waiste time I Just want MY CAR FIXED SO I CAN LEAVE WITH MY VEHICLE IN THE CONDITIONS I THOUGHT I PURCHASED IT AND BE ON MY WAY! I am going to get my door button fixed and seal but any other services that need to be done I will use my warranty in another infiniti they will never make another dollar off of me Terrible service they don't care about customers nomore only about the money!
