This dealership used the most unethical business practices to trick customers. The price on the internet is nowhere near the price they charged me in person. I’m not talking a few hundred price discrepancy but thousands more than dealership fees and taxes. I would understand if it was just taxes but they adding thousands more on top of the taxes! They even lied about many other things. The sales staff will say anything just to sell a car instead of honoring the prices they advertised. When you challenge them, the manager won’t even talk to customers. They just make you think you’re talking to a manager which you later find out. If they lack integrity in everything leading up to selling the car, then they certainly cannot be trusted with vehicle integrity,

This is not your typical used car dealer. This is a professional, well run, no pressure business with great cars and great prices. They have separate people handling different roles and I met five. The receptionist, the internet sales person, the in-person sales person, the finance person and the legal documentation person; ALL of them were friendly and nice and even helped me meet a time deadline as a team. I have never had a better experience buying a car in my life!!! My brother had his heart set on a particular truck that had a great price but we were from out of state. Everyone we spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, but Troy Chadwell went absolutely above and beyond for us. He answered every question, sent us pictures of the vehicle, and was always reachable. Steve Vitiello was tremendous getting all the paperwork finalized by the time we got there, and thoroughly explained each document, which we were so appreciative of. There were no hidden fees or surprises, no one pressured or deceived us, and it almost felt too good to be true. Not only were we able to drive home the truck the same day to avoid multiple long drives, we were in and out in less than ONE HOUR, with a full tank of gas. That is just unheard of in my experience. Apparently car shopping doesn’t have to be painful, you just have to go to the right place. I truly can’t say enough great things about Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC, and I will happily make the drive again to purchase my next vehicle.
