Great car when it starts

2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring 4dr Sedan (2.0L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)
We have had this towed back to the dealer 5 times because we come out after a couple of days of not driving it and it is dead. Multiple new batteries and still it dies. The last time it was at the dealer he spent 20 hours on it and said he couldn't find the issue and just had to give it back. It was towed again today. We have been a Honda family for 35 years. This is so disappointing. … We are going to have to fight with them to take it back I guess?
