Sensational Sienna

We purchased our Toyota sienna in 2011 brand new and it still feels just as solid. Aside from a little wear on the front leather seats and the steering wheel this car has held up very well. This van is spacious, rides well and super reliable. We have over 200k miles on it with no major issues. You will not be disappointed with the Sienna.

Steering column was defective. Got Toyota to pay for it AFTER getting them scared I’d slam them in local media. Just paid for a ball joint repair and new shocks and Struts. Air conditioning motor went out . Had that fixed. New brakes put on. New tires. Sliding doors had issues and Takata air bag was replaced by Toyota. Issues with heated seats until a switch was fixed. The front bumper is too low and easily catches on high curbs. It may have been fixed for the newer versions. The cabin lighting in the driver and passenger area in the front could be brighter. No car payment at the moment so that’s good! Just remember you will end up putting money into the van if you keep it as I have for 7 years and over 100,000 miles. The van itself is a great ride, comfortable, easy to get in and out of and I love the sliding doors for the kids! Lots of leg room. The air conditioning works well in all three zones as does the heat. It’s still worth at least $9500 at the time of this review so it has held value.

Great vehicle for moms and bad backs or knees!

I am a 62 year old female with arthritis in the back and the knees. This is the best van in the world for comfort and ease. Getting in and out is a breeze! Riding around town or long highway trips is comfortable in the front seats and very roomy in the rear seats. My five grandchildren fit excellently in the rear seats. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Sadly Disappointed

Been a loyal Toyota fan and currently have a 2006 Sienna XLE. Went to check out the 2011 Limited and have mixed feelings. The exterior is nice and the technology offerings is up with the times. The interior though is very cheap from the leather, stitching, and most of all the front dashboard. I will probably stick with my current Sienna which feels very luxurious or switch to a different maker. Feels like Toyota just released a superficial vehicle hoping no one would notice the low quality inside. Makes me wonder where else they did cost savings.
