2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Consumer Reviews

Ruby is fast
We haven’t bought a new car in 20 years so the price was shocking. But our new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max is impressive. It only has a 4 cylinder engine but with the turbo and hybrid boost you can actually scare yourself a little with how fast it accelerates. Also maybe Toyota should provide a link to explain all the tech inside for new owners.

Worth buying Limited Hybrid edition
It’s beautiful and spacious. All rows can be used by any one. Ride is also good. And Limited hybrid is fuel efficient with all feature almost similar to top model. But top model is not fuel efficient. There is noise in cabin in Limited. With all accessories price is almost similar to top model, but rear view digital mirror not offered even for addons for limited edition which is a down side for Limited hybrid. Otherwise its a winner among all the available SUVs currently in market. It is one of the best in terms of look, size, space, features , technology and fuel efficiency. It also fits in garage, even if you are worried about entering with mirror, you can fold mirror and park inside standard single house garage.Worth buying Limited Hybrid edition.

A dream behind the wheel
This is perhaps my car review because I do not purchase a new vehicle. The inflation after COVID-19 outbreak changed the used auto market for good. I need a car that can comfortably house at least six passengers with room to spare for another and Grand Highlander hybrid fits the bill. I test drive both TX and Grand Highlander and loved TX but it cost quite a bit more for marginal difference. But I eventually went for Hybrid Max trim because the difference between the Max trim and a gas model diminishes quickly when you add features to gas XLE model that are standard in Max. Again, the difference between Hybrid and gas version of Max trims are negligible considering how long I keep my cars, more than 10 years. The hybrid Max trim is insanely quick on demand. And it is quite quite inside! Only thing I could ask for is more interior storage areas. After 1000 miles, I would say, it's one of the best SUV and a class leader.

Switched from truck to suv and love this machine
Excellent ride and features. Have the standard hybrid and Gas mileage has been mostly in the 38 range for my commute
Great Ride
Love the Grand Highlander. Nice ride, very comfortable. The only downside is the 7” dash. After having the 12” on the Bronze Edition Highlander I miss it. But if I hadn’t had the 12” before I would not even have noticed. Quite lots of room. Love large glass roof. Great mileage.
