A Perfect Balance
The GR86 is a perfect balance of looks, handling, speed, price and comfort. The car is responsive and handles incredibly well. With rear seat down, there is plenty of storage for suitcases and sports gear.
Most disappointing car i ever drove
Was looking for a new car the GR86 is nice looking but after a test drive hated the clutch shifter and steering was sloppy. Bought a Miata .These cars are not comparable

Super amazing fast, quick and fun to drive. Turns heads. You should upgrade the exhaust in a new KN air filter

Positive
As I live in a rural area and drive mainly on rural roads appreciate the wonderful handling and responsiveness. I do not like the computerization and the many dashboard lights that confuse me. I do not uyse the radio as i due my ears for driving. I installed a s "Nameless" system- axel back straight pipes and have been amazed by the increase in available power! It feels as though the engine hp has increased by 1/2.. With the performance clutch it is hard to start without spinning the rear tires. shifts in first and second take care not to be bumpy. Torque is wonderful and I am able to drive comfortably at one plus gear higher than before and no lugging as low rpm. Mixed driving is giving me 32 mpg ...... The care likes the pen road and stop and go driving would be difficult as the lower two gears are hard to pass through smoothly First and second gear go through in one or two seconds at lower rpm... Lots of torque..What have other drives found? Steve

Great all around
I love it. It doesn't sacrifice common sense to be a sports car. Only 2 sticking points would be the low ride height and rear passenger space. That's only an issue if you have a wide range of passenger types to cover ( my overweight elderly father doesn't like riding it, understandable and not the person this car is aimed at). I learned on a 91 bmw 3.18is and wanted to get back to that kind of car and this is hits the spot and then some. Upgraded from a 04 Prius with 260k miles, can't wait to see how many miles this car will go.
