Used 2006 Nissan Maxima Consumer Reviews
nice looks and drive
Have driven Mercedes and BMWs for years. Maxima ride not unlike either. Has a heavy feel like the MB. Fun to drive and reliable. I am at 16,000 miles and no problems yet. Front seats sit a little too high and turning radius way too wide. Would lease another
'06 NISSAN MAXIMA SL EXCLLENT
We've put nearly 10000 miles on this car after buy it used. Fast sporty handling solid structor and good looking are the that best describe it. Combined with room for are family and Nissan reliablity. I'd buy another.

Try One
All you have to do is drive one. I read about Hondas, Toyotas, whatever... I never get tired of pulling away from VTECs (4s and 6s). I have had NO ISSUES. The gas mileage isn't fabulous, but for a car with this much zip, it's quite good. Yeah, the turning radius isn't great, and there is some torque steer, but what car doesn't have one thing worth changing. I wanted a performance sedan and I got one. I have friends with '10 Hemi (390 HP) Rams that can't pull away from me. What more can you want in a 4 DOOR SEDAN. Don't forget, it's a family car!
Love the car but hate paying at the pump
I have been driving this car for 2 yrs and absolutely love it. My only complaint is having to run premium fuel in it. I usually only get about 23 mpg. With gas prices these days, that hurts your pocket.
One of the best cars on the market.
It's a nice car guys. The neighbors love it, Strangers love it,people see it and they want to take it home. People with more expensive cars love it. A 80 year man looked at me and said that's a bad mama jama. Even though this generation of Maxima is a great car it has it's flaws but most of you will come to find this car is very reliable and has much better reliability then 90% of the vehicles on the market it wont leave you stranded.
