No Home on the Range!
I really liked the 2024 Lexus RZ! it has some wonderful enhancements. There was a strong Dealer effort to lease rather than buy the vehicle. The body style appears to be more of a Hatchback than an SUV, and I’m looking for space for a medium sized dog. I was disappointed in the low range for the batteries, and I hope the 2025 will have increased range.
Goes Farther Than You Think...
I got my RZ 300e with 18" wheels, and the drive range is greater than advertised. We are averaging 4.8 miles per kWh in real-world driving (about 3000 miles), which translates to a range of 348 miles (I drive gently, it should be said). The interior is super-roomy, especially the back seat, and it has a huge trunk. The driving experience is very serene, quiet and easy to control. Interior heat gain on hot, sunny days is a problem, so be sure to keep the interior roof shades in place and invest in a quality windshield sunshield (got mine from Weather Tech). In the winter this will be an advantage, giving the interior a little additional heat. Would definitely buy again.

Love it!
I like the size of it and the front wheel drive. It feels like driving my former 300h which was a great car too. The seats are comfortable and the infotainment works very well with no apple CarPlay issues. I do mainly local driving with the highest level of regenerative braking and achieving better than the expected range - getting between 275 - 285. Plus it looks great in copper crest with the black accent package.

Lemon
I’ve had the RZ 300e for fewer than 2000 miles and have already had a drive-start malfunction, AC failure, and issues with the transmission (the car jumps when switching gears). The range is also well below advertised ( I get roughly 195 miles, not 266). No wonder they gave me a 16k rebate .
