I bought one used with 89k for $14k it’s been amazing I’ve 20k miles in 10 months with no major issues but the original alternator going out quick fix! Comfortable plenty of features the only thing to make it feel like a modern car in 2021 would be to add Apple CarPlay and you can for $500 and simple labor. Can’t go wrong with a GS from this era incredibly solid ad comfortable the stock sound system could have a little more bass but that’s my biggest complaint here tbh.

Too many issues for the money

Dash squeak in the cold, there is a coolant smell every once in a while and in the summer if you have the windows down there is a sulfur smell coming from the exhaust. This is a nice car, but with the amount of issues and the price I would never recommend it. Also I have noticed that Lexus dealers are very quick to deny or just use the excuse that its not a big deal when they are approached with issues. Very disappointed in the car and in the way Lexus deals with issues.
