This is the one
It's everything you want in a SUV this size and soooo much more. Drivers have everything within easy reach. I like everything being a button. No longer have to raise my glass up and OVER the shifter, it's all push buttons. Infotainment has everything you need and some you didnt know you could get. This SUV draws attention. I have the steel gray, limited. I look for places to go just so I can drive it. I like that the heads up display also show driving directions as well. It will show " 1 mile" with an arrow point to the right so you can see when you need to turn without taking your eyes off the road. The heated and ventilated 2 row captains chairs and really nice. This is an SUV dreamers are made of, and I'm loving it.

Best Car We've Ever Owned
We were at the dealership getting an oil change on our Hyundai Tuscon when the Palisade on the showroom floor caught our eye. It looked regal but with an attitude. We took our Tuscon home that day, but couldn't forget about the Palisade we had seen. We admired the unique color options, especially the Sierra Red; unfortunately, no dealership within 100-miles had one with the features we wanted and needed. So, we settled on the Rainforest SEL AWD 3.8L V6 with the Convenience package. It's so quiet and bumpy roads are barely noticeable. The Palisade is constantly aware of what's going on around it, can pair with my Android smartphone via Android Auto app; which, basically turns the SUV into a giant smartphone! The safety features are amazing and make me feel safe when driving. My only complaint would be the suction in the Palisade when the back windows are open. Whenever we have our Greyhound along for a ride, we have to have all windows open just to keep our ears from feeling too much pressure (yes, all so she can stick her head out the window LOL). It's a weird sensation. The proximity alarm can also be a bit annoying, especially when wild flowers or weeds brush up against the fender or bumper on the side of the road or when pulling into the garage. It beeps so gawdawfully loud; nevertheless, that feature can be turned on and off with the push of a button. All-in-all a great vehicle with plenty of seating and option for bench seating or captain's chairs. We opted for bench seats.

Palisade the great SUV
The Palisade is a great design and very well laid out SUV. The ride is very comfortable and handle nicely. All of the electronics options work well. I specially like the adoptive cruis control.
Korean Wonder - 3 years later
Update - All is well and still extremely pleased. The car has surpassed my expectations and I urge friends to consider it when looking at new vehicles. I would rate it a 5 in all categories.

Great value
Very satisfied so far with the vehicle. Honestly many of the tech and safety features are only found in cars that are $20k more. Great for a AWD family hauler.
