Used 2006 Ford Mustang Consumer Reviews
Return of the Mustang
I bought this car two weeks ago and have loved every minute I get to drive it. I even think about driving it when I'm working. Mine is a beautiful Windveil Blue that brings a tear to my eye every time I see it. And the power! I've always loved the old '60's Mustangs, but haven't been impressed by any of the Mustangs for the past several decades. I was so happy to see a return of the true muscle car look.

I just bought a 2006 Mustang on 2/4/06. I have been sitting in it since then! The car is a joy to drive. Ford did an incredible job with the engine. With a total of 210 horsepower, this baby can move. One of my favorite parts about this car is the sound of the engine; Ford gave it a very "Sporty" sound! The exterior is just as sexy as the Mustangs from the 60's. However once you get inside this baby, you will be amazed at what you get for the money. The gauges have the ability to change to up to 125 different color combinations and has a very "Retro" look. Best of luck on your next car! I hope you pick my new favorite ... the legend...the 2006 Mustang.

American Muscle
I am an advid reader of all of the driving magazines and such and had to think very hard on whether this (being my 4th stang) was in fact the vehicle of choice. I see that the Japanese manufacturing is just almost unbeatable. Every time that I would research cars in this price range the Japanese had it, but this one! So with that in mind I went to the dealership to put it to the test and see first hand myself. From the V8 4.6 300 horspowered engine to the sleek and retro-60's styling, this is truly as car that shouts "They finally built one right." You wont be disappointed with this one I am sure of this. But why does Ford only have a 3/36 warranty on this car. They can certainly up that ante, right
Mustang Man!
This my fourth Mustang in 5 years. I just traded in my 2005 for a 2006. These new models ride better, are quieter, and look like a Mustang should. I get stares and compliments all the time. The engine is strong especially in third and fourth gears in the higher rpm range. The car handles well with the almost 50/50 weight distribution. The only problem I have had is with rattles. My 2005 was in the shop three times for this problem. My 2006 has a small rattle. Even so I would still highly recommend the new GT to anyone.
Hot ride
I love this car. I used to have a '67 Fastback GT 390ci back in the day. Just had to have this one. Over all great car. However, there is a lot drive train clunk at lower speeds. Excellent customer service.
